[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a big upgrade from what we had before, we love our cooler, so easy to use, plenty of ice and everything stays cold, the AI feature is great and since everything we have is samsung it works great together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome fridge. No issues since delivery and install 6 months ago. Just replaced the first water filter this week. Easy to replace. The only thing that I think is a bit of an issue is the AI recognition. It recognizes most items but some you have to input manually. I don't use this feature much. Also, some of the apps are being discontinued. If they would allow more third-party apps, it would be better.
