I love the space it provides and the flexibility to adjust the freezer sections. I have only adjusted once so far when I needed extra refrigeration space for the holidays. I have not used the AI features yet but plan to in the near future. The fridge takes pictures of items as I put them in but most pictures are not clear, although I just read it would help if I put them in slower and faced the camera better. Seems like it might be a bit of work to get all items labeled correctly when AI can't determine what the item is. I do get meal plans generate at the beginning of each week and al...
Great reliable fridge with useful features

I have been loyal to Samsung - TVs, all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. I am disappointed to say that the fridge either came already scratched, or was so easily scratched that me putting a piece of paper on it with a standard magnet caused this damage. I live alone, couldn’t have been anything else. My ten year old fridge didn’t even have scratches like this. I will have to pay for a replacement panel already, less than two weeks in.

Purchased a freezer to allow us to use this space since we are a family of five. Accessing the water and drinks without opening the entire refrigerator is also a great feature.

The stainless steel surface is very easy to clean, and looks sleek. Great capacity, suitable for a household of 4. I love that the water hub is actually inside so it’s not exposed. The auto fill setting makes it even more wonderful! Kids are having so much fun with the big screen. The best part to me is the bins on the doors, it has them on all 4 doors, makes it easier to organize, also feels like the fridge can hold more because of these bins. Cools fast, precise temperature settings, love it! The metal cooling makes cleaning easier and not lot of hard to reach places which really helps. Only drawback is the screen is not fingerprint resistant. Overall a nicely made refrigerator.

The layout is well thought out and functional. Not having ice on the door a small inconvenience, but it's worth it to increase reliability.

The in-fridge water pitcher has a horrible chemical odor that permeates the entire fridge. I've tried the online fixes like let pitcher sit out for a couple of days to off gas the chemicals. Didn't work. I've washed with different soaps and even let it sit outside in the desert heat for a week. Within 12 hours of filling with water the smell returns. Its over 100 bucks for a new one so not interested in testing to see if that would help and a glass pitcher isn't available. I use the space for the pitcher to put a water bottle now.

The ice maker is great and makes loads of ice. I especially like the pitcher of water as I am often in a rush and want to quickly pour my water into a container. The digital screen has been very handy and even connects to our washer/dryer! The set up was extremely easy and we’ve had no issues. The design is sleek and very modern looking. We did need to add some small organizational shelves for our smaller items such as cheeses and sandwich meat as we used to keep those in a drawer in our last fridge and the large shelves that come with this fridge are too much room for these small items. Overall I love the fridge and I have no complaints.
