I Love the versatility of using the bottom right quadrant to set whatever temp you want for different occasions. The drink door is cool. The little piture of water for a fast glass poor so you don't have to wait for the stream when your really hungry. We don't really use the for flavoring water. The screen and control interface is cool and love the updates.

We had the first Samsung Refrigerator in 2017 and a short while after the ice maker broke replaced it twice in 3 years Got a second Samsung late 2020 and ice maker broke a short while after that replaced it a couple times again in 2024 the freezer stopped working called customer service and it’s not covered plus if it is you have to pay the service man yourself… we would never buy a Samsung Refrigerator again not because we would have to pay the repair man but because they cost a arm and a leg Ang constantly break

Also, like the fact it makes two different sizes of ice. The tablet like technology feature on the door is pretty cool for misc. things. The front with color option was the main reason we wanted the Bespoke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screen is always turning off and not turning back on. I’m having to pull refrigerator out to unplug it. Happens weekly sometimes more than once in a week. I wouldn’t recommend it. Just get a regular refrigerator

I can choose to listen to music or TV while cooking dinner, such a wonderful feature. The front screen is customized to display fun family portraits that our guest love to see.

The smart features like calendar and smart things make this fridge really the center of the family planning. From school activities to important anniversaries, everything is available in an instant. Smart things make the fridge the home control center I ever wanted. And yes, eggs stay fresh as well.

Over the last 4 months, we enjoyed the fridge and its 4 door configuration with great operational ease. The children thoroughly enjoy the display and love sketching on the screen. I personally love the camera idea to keep an eye on "WHAT GETS IN and WHAT GETS OUT". The right capacity and dimensions to make our open kitchen elegant and alive !!!
