We love our 4-door flex refrigerator with the large screen. Having Alexa & Bixbe answer all our questions, internet, artwork, etc ... is a treat! Just one persistent problem: while the fridge and microwave always remain on internet (Family Hub), the range does not lock on to the wifi and when it rarely does it only holds a few seconds.

I’ve had the 36” 23 cu.ft. Bespoke AI Counter Depth 4-Door Flex fridge for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid upgrade for my kitchen. The first thing that stands out is the screen on the front. It’s actually way more useful than I expected—feels like a smart hub instead of just a gimmick. I like being able to check things quickly and use it for little everyday stuff. The water system is another highlight. The pull-out jug is honestly one of those features you don’t think you’ll care about until you use it all the time. It’s super convenient and feels cleaner and easier than a standard dispenser. Inside, the space is great. It’s surprisingly roomy for a counter-depth fridge, and the layout makes it easy to keep things organized without feeling cramped. If I had to pick something I wish was better, it would just be the screen customization. I wish you could add a few more widgets or personalize it a bit more. That’s really my only complaint, and even that is pretty minor. Overall, I’d give it a 4.5 out of 5. It looks great, works even better, and the small limitations don’t take away from how good it is day to day.

Good product and easy to use. Plenty space to put vegetables and drink. Can use white board to put note. Can connect wifi to watch YouTube while cooking. Cold filter water ready for drink anytime. Samsung will replace a new product if defective or not working.

AI topics not much help. would like it to add Lutron app to be able to view and display camera views on the screen. Screens hard to navigate and will take time to learn how to use better.

Its not that smart. You dont have the ability to change the screen settings for display time out to save energy. Ive been manually sliding down the screen to turn it off after every use to turn off the screen because otherwise it stays on for like 5 minutes with no activity. It automatically turns on every time you open the door or beverage center. We drink a lot so its constantly turnint on. My electricity usage is already double what it was last month with a dif Samsung fridge. The photos aren't loading. Touching the screen leaves finger prints everywhere. The ai camera doesnt recognize anything and you have to constantly name everything yourself. Hopefully they give it an update so we can set a timer for screen display. Id like it to turn off after 30 seconds of no activity.

This smart fridge has a pretty high price point. For the amount of money spent, you’d expect that every feature properly works. The many features on this smart fridge are supposed to work efficiently to save time. Unfortunately, after having it for a year the water dispenser has taken a lot of PTO. This feature of the fridge is supposed to fill up a water jug and keep it ready for quick pouring use. Instead, this feature sporadically works and it’s very frustrating when you need to quickly pour water. Overall, I can’t vouch for the functionality of this expensive smart fridge. I would recommend saving your money and finding a refrigerator that will properly work. This one isn’t worth the price tag.
