Good product and easy to use. Plenty space to put vegetables and drink. Can use white board to put note. Can connect wifi to watch YouTube while cooking. Cold filter water ready for drink anytime. Samsung will replace a new product if defective or not working.
Excellent Samsung

Our refrigerator has great capacity for a family of four. The screen on the refrigerator helps me start the day right by displaying my calendar first thing in the morning, Our Refrigerator monitors our filter so we know when to change it with out guessing. Extremely efficient.

The dual ice makers with two sizes of ice was the selling point that sold us. We really appreciate the super spacious interior, particularly the flexibility of being able to change sections from refrigerator to freezer. Overall, this refrigerator with its large touchscreen and AI camera that keeps track of what you put in and take out of the refrigerator has been a good purchase and we definitely recommend it.

The heavily advertised AI "Vision Inside" cameras feel a bit more like a cool party trick than a seamless tool; they frequently mislabel groceries, so you can't completely rely on the fridge to track your inventory for you but hopefully this gets fixed with the new Gemini update. Ultimately, if your family thrives on smart home integration and you want a stunning, flexible centerpiece for the kitchen, it's a fantastic upgrade—just know that you're buying it for the stellar layout, the screen, and the beverage station rather than the AI grocery tracking.

We are a family of ten and I was insistent on getting a counter depth fridge. The flex fridge/freezer allows us to efficiently store all of our groceries. I love being able to pull up recipes and listen to podcasts while I'm cooking and cleaning!
Leaks, Leaks, Leaks!
I cannot recommend this fridge for future buyers. I have had it for two years now and am averaging at least one leak repair a year pertaining to the ice maker and water piping. Luckily it started leaking under the warranty the first time around but yet again this fridge has developed a leak in and around the ice maker. The “AI” is rudimentary at best and more of a waste of time. The computer portion of the fridge is no smarter than a tablet. I would not buy at all if I were you.

Refrigerator was great for the first year. Then the lage cube ice maker side started leaking water inside the fridge a few days out of warranty. Now the water pitcher isn't filling. Bought this in September of 24. This thing is junk and would not recommend. Everything I own is Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator and would not recommend them to anyone.

Unreliable, huge amount to fix the Hub Screen
This product was installed by our builder in the house we purchased. We were worried that the screen would simply be a gimmick and be the first thing to give out, so much so that we negotiated an additional warranty from the builder to cover the appliances. Well here are we just over a year later and guess what, the screen and hub now requires replacing and we are JUST out of warranty and being told that its going to cost 40% of the cost of the fridge to replace the screen. Totally a gimmick, unreliable and we can not recommend buying this product! Stay away!
