More than a simple fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure about a fridge with so many bells and whistles but the more I explore the features, the more I'm convinced I made a great choice. The Family Hub is so much more - it's a central location for all family activities, is has great capacity, it's efficient plus it talks! I love having one central location where everything is easy to access. If you're considering a family digital planner and need a fridge, this truly is the best solution!
Samsung 29 Cu. Ft., 4-Door
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a top‑of‑the‑line refrigerator for your home and will use many of its smart features and flexible zones, then this Samsung model is an excellent choice: it looks great, works well, and gives you a lot of modern functionality. On the other hand, if your space is tighter, or your budget is more modest, or you prefer simplicity and ultra‑reliability over features, you might consider a less expensive model with fewer bells and whistles. • The capacity is generous — ~29 cu ft of total storage gives plenty of room for a family of 10, which is great when you have kids, snacks, and healthy foods. • Excellent flexibility: the “FlexZone” lower‑right compartment lets you switch between refrigerator and freezer modes; the Beverage Center + internal water dispenser + auto‑fill pitcher are super convenient for water, kids’ drinks, etc. • Smart features: we weren’t interested in those too much, but we live calendar, weather, and a drawing pad for the toddler suddenly got very popular. Things to consider: • Size & clearance: The fridge is deep (~34¼″ plus door swing) and tall (~73″), so you’ll want to measure your space- IT IS bigger than your normal fridge • Cost & value: This is a premium fridge with a premium price. But you will use it every single day for many years. It’s way worth buying a quality item.
Great features with a large storage capacity.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The model is a great improvement over the previous model. The media hud is large with a camera and quality apps. Placing a water pitcher inside the refrigerator door in addition to the dual ice storages with the ability to produce several different types of ice was an amazing idea. I love this refrigerator.
A Stylish Powerhouse That Makes Everyday Life Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung Bespoke AI 4‑Door Flex in my kitchen for a few months and it’s quickly become the appliance I actually enjoy using. It is an upgrade from a previous Family Hub refrigerator I have for over 6 years and needed change to match the Kitchen. The touchscreen is large, fast and intuitive. You can use it to check recipes, leave notes for the family, share family Calendar and connect other services such as cameras (eg Ring) and control settings without opening the door. A big plus is, I can catch up on some shows, YouTube or the News right in the Kitchen using built in TV channels. The capacity is excellent: bulky grocery hauls and party platters fit with room to spare, and the layout makes everything easy to find. The Flex Zone works really great. I switch it between fridge and freezer modes depending on what I’m storing, and it’s perfect for deli trays, meal prep containers, or extra frozen desserts when guests arrive. The built‑in water jug is a small detail that has made a big difference, providing cold, filtered water on demand without cluttering the door shelves. And the dual ice maker means we never run out of ice for drinks or smoothies, even during weekend get‑togethers. Design-wise, this fridge looks modern without being flashy; it blends with my kitchen and actually draws compliments. The finish is easy to wipe down and the interior lighting makes it simple to spot things at a glance. Setup was straightforward and the smart features feel genuinely useful rather than gimmicky. If I had to nitpick, the touchscreen has a short learning curve for some of the deeper settings, but once you get used to it, it’s a real convenience. Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed, high‑capacity refrigerator that balances form and function — ideal for families or anyone who likes to entertain. Highly recommended.
Modern, Smart, and Surprisingly Practical
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI 4‑Door Flex Refrigerator is an impressive blend of modern design, smart technology, and practical functionality. Its customizable Bespoke panels and sleek four-door layout give it a premium look that instantly upgrades any kitchen. One of the biggest strengths of this refrigerator is its large 29 cu. ft. total capacity, which provides plenty of room for families or anyone who likes to stock up on groceries. The refrigerator section offers 17.4 cu. ft., while the freezer provides 11.6 cu. ft., making it easy to organize everything from fresh produce to frozen foods. The FlexZone™ compartment is particularly useful because it can switch between refrigerator and freezer modes depending on your needs. Whether you need extra fridge space for a gathering or more freezer storage, the flexibility makes a real difference. Performance and efficiency are also strong points. The fridge is ENERGY STAR® certified and uses about 700 kWh per year, helping keep electricity consumption relatively low for a refrigerator of this size. Combined with Samsung’s advanced cooling system and AI-driven features, it maintains stable temperatures and optimizes energy use based on usage patterns. Smart features like the AI Family Hub touchscreen, internal cameras, and SmartThings connectivity add convenience by letting you view the fridge contents remotely, manage groceries, and control settings from your phone. Overall: The Samsung Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex refrigerator offers a great balance of large capacity, energy efficiency, smart features, and stylish design, making it a strong choice for modern kitchens and tech-savvy households.
Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the fridge for a few months now, freezer capacity is nice love the two separate ices. The family hub has been useful, from leaving notes to my grandson scribbling on the white board. The counter depth gave us the aesthetic with out sacrificing too much capacity. My wife loves the refilling pitcher. Lemon water always ready to take to the table at meal time.
Love the features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think I'd ever be excited about a fridge, but this one changed that. The AI tracks what's inside so you stop buying stuff you already have, the FlexZone switches between fridge and freezer whenever you need it, and the self-filling water pitcher is one of those things you didn't know you needed. The SmartThings integration is a bonus — it connects seamlessly with your other Samsung devices and TVs, so everything just works together. Looks great in the kitchen too. Highly recommend.
Good connectivity, great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge fits perfectly in my kitchen and white color matches with the cabinets. Space is optimal and flexible; there is a lot of room for storing more food. The fridge hub allows to connect my home application in one screen.
4 compartments!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the space and ability to organize the fridge. The bottom right hand door compartment being modifiable is amazing. We have had a couple issues with the screen, freezing up or Bixby trying to talk to us when we are not trying to talk to Her. But otherwise loving the fridge.
Priced to high for average quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not enough space capacity not enough space capacity average on cooling is good the tablet but it doesn't turn into a full screen when using YouTube or any apps I feel like it's little too high I feel like it's a little too high priced for what it is offered except for a giant tablet on the door there isn't much different . the water dispenser feature is nice however. the connectivity is good and efficiency is okay too.
