Plenty of ice in 2 sizes, and easy access to water pitcher and dispenser. Durable surface that is replaceable in different textures/colors if damaged or if kitchen decor changes. We had a prior version of this same fridge which had problems with the ice box, and Samsung helped us get this new fridge -- they were a great partner who stood by us over the years, first repairing and then finally helping us replace the fridge for this improved unit.

The FlexZone drawer is a total game-changer, allowing me to switch between fridge and freezer temps depending on what I'm hosting. It keeps everything organized and at the perfect temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Samsung Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex Refrigerator and it has been a solid product overall. The build quality feels premium and the design is modern and customizable, which makes it a great fit for a contemporary kitchen. One of the biggest highlights is how rich it is in features. The AI powered capabilities make everyday use more convenient, and the smart connectivity adds a nice level of control. Features like the Beverage Center, AutoFill water pitcher, and flexible storage compartments are very practical and easy to use. In terms of performance, it works great. The cooling is consistent, and the multiple compartments help keep food fresh for longer. The ability to switch certain sections between fridge and freezer is especially useful depending on your needs. Overall, this is a well designed and feature packed refrigerator that performs reliably. It is a great choice if you are looking for something modern, smart, and dependable for your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not enough space capacity not enough space capacity average on cooling is good the tablet but it doesn't turn into a full screen when using YouTube or any apps I feel like it's little too high I feel like it's a little too high priced for what it is offered except for a giant tablet on the door there isn't much different . the water dispenser feature is nice however. the connectivity is good and efficiency is okay too.

The build quality feels sturdy and premium, while the feature set has been impressive. From the flexible storage options to smart features like AI Family Hub™+ and AI Vision Inside, everything has worked seamlessly and met expectations. It has been a reliable addition to my kitchen, and I'm very happy with its overall performance.”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge fits perfectly in my kitchen and white color matches with the cabinets. Space is optimal and flexible; there is a lot of room for storing more food. The fridge hub allows to connect my home application in one screen.

Good product and easy to use. Plenty space to put vegetables and drink. Can use white board to put note. Can connect wifi to watch YouTube while cooking. Cold filter water ready for drink anytime. Samsung will replace a new product if defective or not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex with Beverage Center as it has a sleek and modern design, glass panels, a beverage center with an auto-fill pitcher. The dual ice makers with two sizes of ice was the selling point that sold us. We really appreciate the super spacious interior, particularly the flexibility of being able to change sections from refrigerator to freezer. Overall, this refrigerator with its large touchscreen and AI camera that keeps track of what you put in and take out of the refrigerator has been a good purchase and we definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is excellent for the size. The multi-setting section is very useful. The beverage center is great due to the clean look where it isn't exposed on the outside, and the auto-filling water pitcher is something I never knew we needed until we had it. The AI features are cool, but we don't make use of them much due to it misidentifying items frequently. We mostly use the screen to see the latest weather report.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a top‑of‑the‑line refrigerator for your home and will use many of its smart features and flexible zones, then this Samsung model is an excellent choice: it looks great, works well, and gives you a lot of modern functionality. On the other hand, if your space is tighter, or your budget is more modest, or you prefer simplicity and ultra‑reliability over features, you might consider a less expensive model with fewer bells and whistles. • The capacity is generous — ~29 cu ft of total storage gives plenty of room for a family of 10, which is great when you have kids, snacks, and healthy foods. • Excellent flexibility: the “FlexZone” lower‑right compartment lets you switch between refrigerator and freezer modes; the Beverage Center + internal water dispenser + auto‑fill pitcher are super convenient for water, kids' drinks, etc. • Smart features: we weren't interested in those too much, but we live calendar, weather, and a drawing pad for the toddler suddenly got very popular. Things to consider: • Size & clearance: The fridge is deep (~34¼″ plus door swing) and tall (~73″), so you'll want to measure your space- IT IS bigger than your normal fridge • Cost & value: This is a premium fridge with a premium price. But you will use it every single day for many years. It's way worth buying a quality item.
