The customizable panels gave my kitchen a modern, personalized look, and the Family Hub touchscreen is incredibly useful. I use it to stream music, check recipes, and even leave notes for the family. The internal cameras are surprisingly accurate—they recognize most of the food I put in and help me keep track of what's inside without opening the door. The FlexZone drawer is a lifesaver when I need extra fridge space or want to switch it to a freezer. The auto-open doors and Beverage Center are thoughtful touches that make everyday use easier. Plus, the dual ice maker gives me both regular cubes and nugget-style ice, which is a hit with guests. This is the most amazing fridge I have ever owned. The fridge is massive for been counter depth. The water pitcher feature is amazing having cold water all the time. The family Hub its a must have for a large family with kids, we have our scheduled shared and we can all see it. The convertible lower sections allowed me to expand my fridge to have more space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator did not disappoint! Each of the top refrigerator doors has a touch pad at the bottom front. Just lightly touch this sensor and the door opens automatically - really nice when your hands are full. The 2 bottom compartments are more than enough room for my frozen goods. 1 of the 2 bottom compartments can be used as a flex zone for additional refrigerator space. The water dispenser and drink area comes in handy where you can open just the front part of the top left refrigerator door without opening up the whole refrigerator door. There's plenty of drawer space for my fruits and veggies. And plenty of shelf space including an adjustable shelf for larger items. I'm able to put quite a few smaller items on the shelves attached to the inside of the refrigerator doors. The technology is amazing. The interface on the outside of the top right refrigerator door is user friendly. I've been able to configure the look and feel of the interface with works of art as well as pics of my family on the cover space. There are numerous options to choose from concerning backgrounds, colors, clock types, etc…. I also set up the internal cameras to take pics of items being put in the fridge and what is actually in the fridge. I'm so happy with my purchase! All of my home appliances are now Samsung products!

I only had one problem: the display froze twice. Luckily, I was able to easily reset it using the button on the top of the door.

I absolutely love it! It has so much room and features. It makes two different types of ice which is great for my family and is our favorite appliance.

I Love the versatility of using the bottom right quadrant to set whatever temp you want for different occasions. The drink door is cool. The little piture of water for a fast glass poor so you don't have to wait for the stream when your really hungry. We don't really use the for flavoring water. The screen and control interface is cool and love the updates.

I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again. The refrigerator we bought compressor went out only after 3 years. And don't get me started on the ice machine. They have replaced both parts at our expense and both failed and Samsung won't do anything to fixe it ( without us agreeing to pay for it again) The lady we just talked to on the phone was argumentative and rude, refusing to hear our side and sticking to the Samsung script. Beware!!!
