We have had a couple issues with the screen, freezing up or Bixby trying to talk to us when we are not trying to talk to Her. But otherwise loving the fridge.

The AI tracks what's inside so you stop buying stuff you already have, the FlexZone switches between fridge and freezer whenever you need it, and the self-filling water pitcher is one of those things you didn't know you needed. The SmartThings integration is a bonus — it connects seamlessly with your other Samsung devices and TVs, so everything just works together. Looks great in the kitchen too. Highly recommend.

The beverage center is great due to the clean look where it isn't exposed on the outside, and the auto-filling water pitcher is something I never knew we needed until we had it. The AI features are cool, but we don't make use of them much due to it misidentifying items frequently. We mostly use the screen to see the latest weather report.
