This product was installed by our builder in the house we purchased. We were worried that the screen would simply be a gimmick and be the first thing to give out, so much so that we negotiated an additional warranty from the builder to cover the appliances. Well here are we just over a year later and guess what, the screen and hub now requires replacing and we are JUST out of warranty and being told that its going to cost 40% of the cost of the fridge to replace the screen. Totally a gimmick, unreliable and we can not recommend buying this product! Stay away!

Its not that smart. You dont have the ability to change the screen settings for display time out to save energy. Ive been manually sliding down the screen to turn it off after every use to turn off the screen because otherwise it stays on for like 5 minutes with no activity. It automatically turns on every time you open the door or beverage center. We drink a lot so its constantly turnint on. My electricity usage is already double what it was last month with a dif Samsung fridge. The photos aren't loading. Touching the screen leaves finger prints everywhere. The ai camera doesnt recognize anything and you have to constantly name everything yourself. Hopefully they give it an update so we can set a timer for screen display. Id like it to turn off after 30 seconds of no activity.

I've had the 36” 23 cu.ft. Bespoke AI Counter Depth 4-Door Flex fridge for a while now, and overall it's been a really solid upgrade for my kitchen. The first thing that stands out is the screen on the front. It's actually way more useful than I expected—feels like a smart hub instead of just a gimmick. I like being able to check things quickly and use it for little everyday stuff. The water system is another highlight. The pull-out jug is honestly one of those features you don't think you'll care about until you use it all the time. It's super convenient and feels cleaner and easier than a standard dispenser. Inside, the space is great. It's surprisingly roomy for a counter-depth fridge, and the layout makes it easy to keep things organized without feeling cramped. If I had to pick something I wish was better, it would just be the screen customization. I wish you could add a few more widgets or personalize it a bit more. That's really my only complaint, and even that is pretty minor. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5. It looks great, works even better, and the small limitations don't take away from how good it is day to day.

I especially love the fact that everything put in and taken out is accounted for and a meal can be created on the screen based off ingredients in the fridge. This has been a game changer since our purchase.

Refrigerator was great for the first year. Then the lage cube ice maker side started leaking water inside the fridge a few days out of warranty. Now the water pitcher isn't filling. Bought this in September of 24. This thing is junk and would not recommend. Everything I own is Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator and would not recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend this fridge for future buyers. I have had it for two years now and am averaging at least one leak repair a year pertaining to the ice maker and water piping. Luckily it started leaking under the warranty the first time around but yet again this fridge has developed a leak in and around the ice maker. The “AI” is rudimentary at best and more of a waste of time. The computer portion of the fridge is no smarter than a tablet. I would not buy at all if I were you.
