[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex refrigerator seriously outperforms my old fridge in terms of cooling, ice making, and overall smart functionality. The shelves are massive and provide plenty of room for organization.. The smart interface is super intuitive and helps me keep track of what's in my fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One year in and I still love this fridge I've had my Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex for about a year now, and it's honestly changed how I move through my kitchen. Accessibility: My favorite thing, hands down, is the touch-open door. No handle-grabbing needed — my hands are usually full anyway, so being able to just nudge it open is such a small thing that makes a big difference every single day. Recognition: The AI Vision Inside is such a nice touch too — I can actually see what's in there without opening the door and losing all the cold air. It's saved me from buying duplicates more than once. Performance & Consistency: A year of daily use and it's held up beautifully — everything stays cold and consistent, no weird warm spots or freezer burn surprises. It just quietly does its job. Ergonomics: The FlexZone drawer has been genuinely useful for how we actually shop and cook, switching between fridge and freezer space as needed. The real surprise, though? The Family Hub screen. I didn't expect to use it as much as I do — I play music while cooking, catch the news, check the calendar, and my favorite part: it cycles through a slideshow of photos from my albums. Coming into the kitchen to a sweet memory pop up on the fridge screen genuinely makes me smile. A year later, still one of my favorite appliance purchases.

Being able to leave a message on the whiteboard, checking on late breaking news, or checking on the status of items we need to reorder makes this an excellent addition to our retinue of kitchen appliances!

This smart fridge has a pretty high price point. For the amount of money spent, you'd expect that every feature properly works. The many features on this smart fridge are supposed to work efficiently to save time. Unfortunately, after having it for a year the water dispenser has taken a lot of PTO. This feature of the fridge is supposed to fill up a water jug and keep it ready for quick pouring use. Instead, this feature sporadically works and it's very frustrating when you need to quickly pour water. Overall, I can't vouch for the functionality of this expensive smart fridge. I would recommend saving your money and finding a refrigerator that will properly work. This one isn't worth the price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing eye catch to my guess! Spacious and smart appliance with the covenience thatdoor open when my hand are busy holding something, this is a plus!

The product is future proof. It has very useful features. The best is the recipe suggestion based on the inventory of food in the fridge. Integration with SmartThings is awesome. The screensaver slideshow steals the show

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this fridge! Its flexibility to turn the lower section to be frdige or freezer has been very helpful.

We love our 4-door flex refrigerator with the large screen. Having Alexa & Bixbe answer all our questions, internet, artwork, etc ... is a treat! Just one persistent problem: while the fridge and microwave always remain on internet (Family Hub), the range does not lock on to the wifi and when it rarely does it only holds a few seconds.
