Refrigerator was great for the first year. Then the lage cube ice maker side started leaking water inside the fridge a few days out of warranty. Now the water pitcher isn't filling. Bought this in September of 24. This thing is junk and would not recommend. Everything I own is Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator and would not recommend them to anyone.

Our refrigerator has great capacity for a family of four. The screen on the refrigerator helps me start the day right by displaying my calendar first thing in the morning, Our Refrigerator monitors our filter so we know when to change it with out guessing. Extremely efficient.

I cannot recommend this fridge for future buyers. I have had it for two years now and am averaging at least one leak repair a year pertaining to the ice maker and water piping. Luckily it started leaking under the warranty the first time around but yet again this fridge has developed a leak in and around the ice maker. The “AI” is rudimentary at best and more of a waste of time. The computer portion of the fridge is no smarter than a tablet. I would not buy at all if I were you.

I had a Samsung representative order this model for me in white as I was inquiring about wanting this model, but in all black. She then informed me about being able to order the panels as replacements. They had a promotion where you could receive the panels for FREE! She even helped me pick out the FOUR panels that I would add to my cart. Only to find out that you CANNOT replace the panel that has the AI screen. Now we are past the return/exchange window, and I have the ugliest refrigerator in my beautiful new kitchen. I'll NEVER do business with Samsung again. They offered me a $100 promotional code to "make it right"...This after literally 5 hours of being transferred to and from the same people to remedy their order mistake!

You can use it to check recipes, leave notes for the family, share family Calendar and connect other services such as cameras (eg Ring) and control settings without opening the door. A big plus is, I can catch up on some shows, YouTube or the News right in the Kitchen using built in TV channels. The capacity is excellent: bulky grocery hauls and party platters fit with room to spare, and the layout makes everything easy to find. The Flex Zone works really great. I switch it between fridge and freezer modes depending on what I’m storing, and it’s perfect for deli trays, meal prep containers, or extra frozen desserts when guests arrive. The built‑in water jug is a small detail that has made a big difference, providing cold, filtered water on demand without cluttering the door shelves. And the dual ice maker means we never run out of ice for drinks or smoothies, even during weekend get‑togethers. Design-wise, this fridge looks modern without being flashy; it blends with my kitchen and actually draws compliments.
