I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again. The refrigerator we bought compressor went out only after 3 years. And don't get me started on the ice machine. They have replaced both parts at our expense and both failed and Samsung won't do anything to fixe it ( without us agreeing to pay for it again) The lady we just talked to on the phone was argumentative and rude, refusing to hear our side and sticking to the Samsung script. Beware!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome fridge. No issues since delivery and install 6 months ago. Just replaced the first water filter this week. Easy to replace. The only thing that I think is a bit of an issue is the AI recognition. It recognizes most items but some you have to input manually. I don't use this feature much. Also, some of the apps are being discontinued. If they would allow more third-party apps, it would be better.

I’ve had this refrigerator for a while now, and it’s been a great product. The overall capacity is excellent. I originally thought the 4-door design might offer less usable space compared to a traditional French-door or pull-out freezer layout, but this is actually the largest fridge I’ve ever owned in terms of usable storage. The Flex compartment is a fantastic feature. While it can be used multiple ways, I personally use it 100% as a freezer, and it’s been perfect for that. The layout makes everything easy to organize and access without digging through crowded shelves. I don’t really use the inside cameras, but they’re there if you want them. The Smart Hub on the door, however, has been very useful and integrates well into daily use. I also really like having two types of ice, which is something I didn’t realize I’d appreciate as much as I do. I was initially unsure about not having an external water dispenser, but it has actually worked out great. It keeps the design clean, and I don’t have to worry about mold or maintenance issues that can come with traditional external dispensers. Overall, this is a well-designed, spacious, and thoughtfully built refrigerator that has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

I Love the versatility of using the bottom right quadrant to set whatever temp you want for different occasions. The drink door is cool. The little piture of water for a fast glass poor so you don't have to wait for the stream when your really hungry. We don't really use the for flavoring water. The screen and control interface is cool and love the updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screen is always turning off and not turning back on. I’m having to pull refrigerator out to unplug it. Happens weekly sometimes more than once in a week. I wouldn’t recommend it. Just get a regular refrigerator

Over the last 4 months, we enjoyed the fridge and its 4 door configuration with great operational ease. The children thoroughly enjoy the display and love sketching on the screen. I personally love the camera idea to keep an eye on "WHAT GETS IN and WHAT GETS OUT". The right capacity and dimensions to make our open kitchen elegant and alive !!! Thanks Samsung for making such hi-tech appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the bottom half being refrigerator on one side and freezer on the other. the hub is fun for changing to seasonal decor. plenty of space, except when the wife loads a weeks worth of leftovers in it. Love the water jug built in! Generally really like it. Lets hope it last longer than 3 or 4 years.
