[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big expectations for this Bespoke Refridgerator with Family Hub and AI technology. Great, but not perfect... yet. One main reason we chose the 4 door french option (I had the older model of this in my last house too and loved it) was the capability to choose the bottom section for more fridge space. This is perfect for a family with kids. We love setting that up just for them with their favorite snacks and drinks. This works for us because we have a separate garage freezer. The beverage door is great! Love having access to protein shakes or creamer for coffee without opening the entire door. The real winner is that auto-fill pitcher. To quickly fill large waterbottles is a time saver. We also chose the white glass option as I read it acts like a white board... so fun. Our kids loved drawing with dry erase markers on it. Even my husband and I played hangman. Just a cool alternative when the front is not magnetic. Also the hands free option is super helpful. This is where I knock off a star. I am very tech savvy especially when it comes to Samsung products. We have multiple devices throughout our home. This particular refrigerator with the integration of technology aka the Family Hub and AI and viewing inside feature is half of this product. Setting it up was totally fine. But it wasn't seamless. One major part was putting food inside the fridge. The camera scans what goes in and out and creates a small thumbnail for the item which is usually blurry, not clear, looks ehh and mostly not recognized so you have to edit each item. This is very time consuming. The cameras only face the doors, so when you close the doors and want to see inside, you only see (what I'm assuming most people put in the doors) condiments. You do not get to choose a live view of the main part of the fridge like the older model. This is a setback in my opinion. It should allow you to do both features, scan and whole upper fridge view. There weren't a lot of options for apps either. Even the Spotify app you still needed to be connected to your phone initially to launch the music. Pandora worked as expected. Watching Samsung TV was simple. Sound was good. One thing I did like was screen mirroring my phone for recipes to follow while cooking. You can create favorite website tabs to go to and we added our grocery store as one so we could add food to our list there. But I feel like it would make sooo much more sense if apps were integrated so you could be logged into your phone and see the same thing that your phone has. I would have like to see the Samsung Notes app in there for sure. To have checklists. Maybe a more customizable calender rather than a picture of the calender. The main reason for the smart screen was camera viewing. I know that the Ring has an app to view cameras, but we use another camera and have access to view it through the Smartthings App which is an option on the fridge. But it never worked and would not connect. I even froze all wifi connections except the fridge to our modem and it still would not stream video through SmartThings. I was hoping to see who was at the door or see kids playing in the backyard while I was in the kitchen, but this main feature never functioned properly for me. Overall, beautiful fridge. Just lacking in the technology side - still smarter fridge than anything else out there. But my expectations were not met with the Family Hub part and so we did return this for one without the screen. If you're not picky and willing to wait for updates to eventually maybe happen on that side, then get it. After exhausting all options on my end for fixing the video, the rest of the technology just wasn't personally meeting my expectations the way I had imagined. We love the non-screen option we have now.

The AI thing for food detection .... takes time to get used to using it properly so we turned it off. Wish the flex model came with the family hub and a glass door on the left - seems that you can get glass on the left (no family hub) or family hub, but no see-thru glass on the left.

All in once, this piece of art looks beautiful in my Kitchen, I'm painting my cabinets and I love the way is coming out. I Love the big screen, its so nice and perfect. I love the wide shelves, you can seriously fit two gallons of milk in one rack!. I love the fact I can login to my other devices, my cameras around the house, I can easily turn on my AC on from it. I love the music, TV, and much more. I can watch my favorite shows while I'm cooking! The shelves are so spacious, you can actually adjust the height of them, and I love it. I wish there was a (ham and cheese drawer) I can seriously use the Flex zone for it ( but as of today I'm using the right bottom part for ice-cream! Lol, I love the fact that I can turn that into a freezer, or soft freezer, and beverage center anytime I want. I still haven't get used to the AI which I find hard to, because when i put stuff in my pictures come out super blurry, not sure if I'm doing it to fast, I just need to get used to it. It’s cool to open the app from the grocery store and be able to see what I need I love the fact that I can get new ideas of cooking, recipes, it’s amazing all this features this fridge offers. I have it on Auto open, so Every time I slide my hands it opens Automatically but I kind dislike when i need to get ice I pull the door and the fridge doors opens. The Ice maker is cool I love that i can offer two types of ice, I find it hard to pull the tray i think would be nice to be able to pull it further out the Smart things app is so easy to use, and you can basically manage everything from the app. I love the little notes my daughter writes in the white board every day before she goes to school. You can still see the fingerprints but compared to other appliances this is not that bad, they are super easy to wipe. Overall we are pleased with this fridge thank you!

As a big family, we were looking for a fridge that provided substantial space for everyone’s groceries. The freezer has to be one of my favorite features. There’s not only plenty of space to keep meats and meals separate but an abundance of ice too! All of us love that we can play music and videos on the screen or leave important memos without having to search for pen and scraps of paper to remember what we need to shop for. We are truly grateful for the simplicity and abundance this fridge provides for our family. Another feature our family really enjoys is the voice control that opens the doors for you with a simple command. Our son loved that he could tap the outside of the fridge to also command it to open. Makes things so convenient when I’m carrying in groceries. When we open up the fridge, it takes a photo and times and dates it which makes updating your grocery list a lot easier. This fridge just really makes our lives easier with how much it does for us. I love that we can follow up new recipes with the media features. Makes cooking with my family another adventure! I recommend this fridge to anyone who is looking for a spacious refrigerator who could also benefit from a smart fridge that contributes to a fun and versatile experience every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and bought this fridge with high hopes and expectations. I have been loyal to Samsung - TVs, all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. I am disappointed to say that the fridge either came already scratched, or was so easily scratched that me putting a piece of paper on it with a standard magnet caused this damage. I live alone, couldn’t have been anything else. My ten year old fridge didn’t even have scratches like this. I will have to pay for a replacement panel already, less than two weeks in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about a month or so now and i would say that it definitely does have all the bells and whistles but we don't really use it for all it's intended. A lot of the set up took many shots of resetting in order to get some of the functions like the ring camera to work on demand and the camera to capture the shots necessary to place reorders. The inside could use another shelf because i do find it wastes a lot of space so i do not recommend it for a big family. For ex. if you cook a pot of food, that pot will most definitely fit on one side of the fridge, but that's it. My biggest qualm is that there is only 1 ice scoop for the freezer even though there are two slots for the scoops and when i tried to order another, they didn't offer it on the site and it is a very specific ice scoop that if it breaks, I'm not sure how to replace it.

Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. The Bespoke offered the choice of several colors and was one of the deciding factors in buying this product. Bought during Memorial Day promotion and was very happy with the sale price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical with this refrigerator at first because of the screen and having little ones inthought it was going to be a nightmare and they will be stufk to it day and night,but i was so happy that you could set a pin and lock the screen!It is so roomy and has a very clean and modern look.The ice maker is a huge plus especially since summer is around the corner!The refrigerator overall is a 10 out of 10 its sleek,modern and slim.I love we can put our family pictures on the screen and little notes.overall i am very pleased with it and definitely recommend it! plus the kids love it too!
