Really like all the different storage shelfs and bins. Everyone is really enjoying the interactive tablet-like features on the door and very convenient for making new recipes. AI on food is a great feature too and hoping it prevents food waste in our home. Very high quality look and feel.

Its features are a must: - AI Family Hub™+ largest display in the industry. And wow it's gorgeous. Our Hub is our main controller to our Smarthome running Samsung smartthings. We use it for recipes for cooking scheduling on our calendar Watching some TV and even YouTube. it's so cool not to mention our kids absolutely love it. drawing on it's whiteboard is definitely a favorite in our home. And honestly as it turn out the AI Vision Inside™ is something that's extremely more accurate than I thought it would be. Also very useful it will allow you to take photos of what you put in and out of your refrigerator. Update your grocery list. Give you recipes based off of what ingredients you have in your refrigerator. Dont worry about expiring food as you'll always have plan of attack as what to cook. For me The Beverage Center™ it's probably one of the best features included in the four-door Flex. You get a self-filling jug of water. You can spruce up with some strawberries if you'd like also Cold water on tap. I love the fact that it's nicely hid behind the front panel. This way in the future if it gets a little messy? Maybe some hard water spots you? You can always cover it up away from your friends eyes. Seeing your embarrassing mess. Samsung added the Auto Open Door. This feature is so cool but I wasn't really sure how useful it would be until I got it in my home. it's amazing how many times your hands are too dirty to grab the doors. Like when you're cooking or they're too full to open the doors when you're bringing something from the grocery store. It turns out self opening doors come into play quite a lot. It's extremely useful not to mention so dang cool. Nothing's worse than ice maker problems a refrigerator. let me tell you Samsung's Dual Auto Icemaker it's truly a gift! It makes plenty of ice for our family. It has two different types to choose from. Very easy to access and always ready to make our beverages ice cold. If you in the market I highly recommend the new 4-Door Flex.Well built Performs amazing looks gorgeous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were in the market for a new refrigerator. He talked me into this Samsung Bespoke model. The first thing I noticed is how beautiful it is. Sleek and very modern looking. We have a very small walkway in front of where our fridge goes, and this one actually gives more room because there are no handles sticking out on the front of it. I cannot believe it’s the same size as our old one because this is huge inside! You also can customize the shelves. The bottom right section is a Flex Zone that you can use as either a freezer or refrigerator. The AI Family Hub is just amazing! You can listen to your music, pull up a recipe and have it displayed while you are cooking. It tells you what is in the refrigerator and how long it’s been in there, even if you not at home (by using the My Samsung app). It has an auto open feature so the doors will open if you put your hand near the handle on the bottom of the doors. It’s easy to set up “Bixby” the voice activation feature. I’m sure there are a ton more things the Hub does that I haven’t even found yet! This refrigerator is everything I never knew I wanted or needed in a refrigerator! I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Refrigerator went out, and we had just come back from visiting my parents who had this refrigerator. I loved it! The recipe builder is amazing. It takes the guess work out of what to make for dinner. I can view what's in my fridge from my phone. This is so helpful when running to the grocery store. My son uses the web on it more than me, but it makes him feel as if he is helping in the kitchen. I highly recommend. It is very spacious, and you can adjust shelves to fit your needs. Having a 2-door freezer is a game changer. I no longer have to dig to the bottom to find what I am looking for. Since our purchase we have not had to use the deep freezer as much.

Samsung did a great job and really bringing the best of the best in this design. The four-door gives you great freezer capacity and the integrated AI helps. Keep your list in check. It gives you adequate room for an extra large pizza and the beverage center is just the most convenient brilliant design I have ever seen. I can keep my drinks ready to go and the filtered water is delicious all in all worth every dime.

The model RF28R6301SR looked so great in the store, but it has irate design problems. One major issue is the quality of the plastic of the door shelves. Shelf after shelf broke into little pieces, and the contents crashed and spilled to the floor when the appliance was only a little over a year old. I was told I would have to purchase new, replacement shelves although this is clearly a manufacturer’s defect. . In all my years of purchasing refrigerators, I have had one shelf break. Additionally, there is insufficient room for all items, such as soda and juice bottles. Buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung fridge is awesome! A complete upgrade than the side by side door fridge we had. We love the space inside but it doesn’t take up the whole kitchen. The beverage center is a favorite! I love the infused water pitcher that automatically refills. However I feel the single glass refill function refills very slowly. That’s the reason for the one star missing. I love the customization of shelves with the one shelf able to be a full shelf and then retract if needed. The two different ice cubes is super cute! The AI screen is really cool! We love the whiteboard to share messages with each other, and being Able to post recipes as we cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge has so much room for storage. My family was able to fit everything from our previous Samsung fridge which was 10 years old into this one with plenty of room leftover. A few of our favorite features is the bottom right compartment. That section can be used as a freezer or refrigerator which is helpful for when we plan for the warmer seasons we like to keep more fruits and vegetables handy so we plan to use the fridge function but in the winter we tend to consume more frozen foods and will be utilizing it as a freezer. The bottom left compartment offers a lot of room for storage but also produces two different types of ice with a scoop included. The size of the ice is small to medium which is suitable for all types of drink and kids and adults alike. One improvement I hope to see from Samsung regarding the ice is a sensor for the ice to detect is the ice tray is inserted. When I have the ice tray pulled out to get ice, the machine will dispense the new ice onto my frozen items below. The top doors are also incredible. Top left door can be opened halfway to expose the beverage center with a built in auto refilling pitcher, great for guests! But also it has a manual water dispenser. If you slightly tap the bottom of the the under door where the doors meet the door will automatically open! Not a feature I was aware of but am excited to use while I’m cooking and my hands are dirty. The right hand side panel is essentially a smart phone the size of a small TV! As my dining table is angled in an away where it faces the fridge, my family and I have already utilized the free Samsung TV feature to watch shows during dinner. Volume is adjustable and it gets very loud! I have other Samsung appliances and love that I can add the fridge to the app to adjust and maintain its settings. The fridge’s capacity holds way more food than two adults and two kids need to eat but extra room is always nice to have. To utilize the AI Vision you have to hold a recognizable item up to the camera for a few seconds then you can pull it up using the AI vision. The dual ice maker took about 24 hours from delivery to produce ice but once it did the ice trays quickly filled up. The dedicated beverage center is nice because as the weather warms up, you don’t have to open the full fridge to refill on water or other drinks you place in that section. The overall size of this fridge is huge, interior and exterior. However, we have had great experience with Samsung products in the past and hope this fridge will last us years to come. Our favorite features of it is the AI family hub, dual ice maker, and beverage center.

I bought Samsung refrigerator in 2015. Last month my refrigerator had an issue of excess cooling. Samsung service team is not able to fix it as new part is not available with Samsung company. There is no solution as I have made several calls and mails to Samsung. New parts should be made available which company stop manufacturing
