This 4-door flex is absolutely incredible. The look and build quality are superb. It features Bespoke, which allows you to customize each panel color in stainless steel or glass to your taste. You can also change the flex on the Bottom right-side panel from a Drink refrigerator all the way to a freezer using Samsung FlexZone. Its features are a must: - AI Family Hub™+ largest display in the industry. And wow it's gorgeous. Our Hub is our main controller to our Smarthome running Samsung smartthings. We use it for recipes for cooking scheduling on our calendar Watching some TV and even YouTube. it's so cool not to mention our kids absolutely love it. drawing on it's whiteboard is definitely a favorite in our home. And honestly as it turn out the AI Vision Inside™ is something that's extremely more accurate than I thought it would be. Also very useful it will allow you to take photos of what you put in and out of your refrigerator. Update your grocery list. Give you recipes based off of what ingredients you have in your refrigerator. Dont worry about expiring food as you'll always have plan of attack as what to cook. For me The Beverage Center™ it's probably one of the best features included in the four-door Flex. You get a self-filling jug of water. You can spruce up with some strawberries if you'd like also Cold water on tap. I love the fact that it's nicely hid behind the front panel. This way in the future if it gets a little messy? Maybe some hard water spots you? You can always cover it up away from your friends eyes. Seeing your embarrassing mess. Samsung added the Auto Open Door. This feature is so cool but I wasn't really sure how useful it would be until I got it in my home. it's amazing how many times your hands are too dirty to grab the doors. Like when you're cooking or they're too full to open the doors when you're bringing something from the grocery store. It turns out self opening doors come into play quite a lot. It's extremely useful not to mention so dang cool. Nothing's worse than ice maker problems a refrigerator. let me tell you Samsung's Dual Auto Icemaker it's truly a gift! It makes plenty of ice for our family. It has two different types to choose from. Very easy to access and always ready to make our beverages ice cold. If you in the market I highly recommend the new 4-Door Flex.Well built Performs amazing looks gorgeous!

The metal cooling makes cleaning easier and not lot of hard to reach places which really helps. Only drawback is the screen is not fingerprint resistant. Overall a nicely made refrigerator.

Expensive. AI/camera is "interesting", but way too soon to tell if it'll be of use. AI does not track in/out from doors, freezer, or flex zones. Large size barely fit. Door hinges limited depth that fridge can be set. In my case, to push it against back wall requires door/wall opening to be enlarged (to accommodate door opening). Has anyone considered rethinking door openings? Instead of 'swing' maybe 'pull-out' I-beam w/shelves on both sides?

I adore the Smart Hub screen; it's vibrant, clear, and incredibly user-friendly. The screen's Art Mode adds a stylish touch, and the sound quality is excellent for enjoying music. Additionally, the auto-open door feature is a favorite of mine. However, while I appreciate the concept of AI vision, I found it less practical for my needs. It requires extra attention when placing or removing items to ensure the camera captures them accurately, especially when dealing with items in containers. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this fridge to anyone in the market for one

As a big family, we were looking for a fridge that provided substantial space for everyone’s groceries. The freezer has to be one of my favorite features. There’s not only plenty of space to keep meats and meals separate but an abundance of ice too! All of us love that we can play music and videos on the screen or leave important memos without having to search for pen and scraps of paper to remember what we need to shop for. We are truly grateful for the simplicity and abundance this fridge provides for our family. Another feature our family really enjoys is the voice control that opens the doors for you with a simple command. Our son loved that he could tap the outside of the fridge to also command it to open. Makes things so convenient when I’m carrying in groceries. When we open up the fridge, it takes a photo and times and dates it which makes updating your grocery list a lot easier. This fridge just really makes our lives easier with how much it does for us. I love that we can follow up new recipes with the media features. Makes cooking with my family another adventure! I recommend this fridge to anyone who is looking for a spacious refrigerator who could also benefit from a smart fridge that contributes to a fun and versatile experience every time!

I’m happy with my purchase so far. Most fridge apps is functional and easy to use. But I can’t install other apps like an Android tablet, that really limited it to become a true family hub. Changeable front panels are beautiful. Really like. Freezer is not big enough.

I love that the water hub is actually inside so it’s not exposed. The auto fill setting makes it even more wonderful! Kids are having so much fun with the big screen. The best part to me is the bins on the doors, it has them on all 4 doors, makes it easier to organize, also feels like the fridge can hold more because of these bins. Cools fast, precise temperature settings, love it! Also have to mention the Smart Things App, easy to connect, we also have the same brand stove, so we're able to set up everything with couple clicks. Love this fridge, highly recommended!
