I got so tired of drinking nothing but water all day, every day that I would struggle staying hydrated from time to time. I got permission from my nephrologist to give Liquid IV a try and it's been a game changer. I now drink a Liquid IV each day at the point I'm tired of water and it's a refreshing change of pace that satisfies my desire for something different and helps with my hydration. I'm happier and my kidney function has been staying above 60! The Strawberry flavor is my go to, but all the other flavors I've tried are great too!

Hands down my favorite and a staple in my hydration regimen. I run ultras and don't typically do the trendy Tailwind stuff. But these little packets make the consistency happen at every aid station. And that is imperative during summer and only having one kidney! Not sure the nutrients aspect, but it keeps me moving.
