I‘be been looking for a supplement that would help with my daily hydration. I wanted something that did not taste salty and that has not been an easy task. The Liquid IV Strawberry flavor is absolutely perfect. It is delicious and does not taste salty at all, but it 100% does the job I want it to! I will be buying this again and again.

My family & I love mixing the Liquid IV with flavor packets (the ones you mix with water) My favorite 2 mixes are Cherry IV with vanilla flavor packet & White peach IV with peach ring flavor packet 😋 I use a 33. 3oz bottle & mix 1 LIV with 1 flavor packet ♡
