The strawberry flavor is more sweet than tart. The hydration benefits of the liquid iv packets are amazing. I crave this flavor and love being able to drink something that isn't boring like water and also helps me feel better throughout the day!

This is the best hydration supplement I’ve ever had! It actually works and it tastes good! It doesn’t have an overwhelming salty taste and it isn’t junk like other big brands such as Gatorade, Powerade, and pedialyte.
