[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liquid IV has made a big difference in my life. I started drinking it after I had an episode of dehydration. Since then I haven't had any issues. I am so glad we found this product!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the cherry Liquid I. V. , but it actually tastes pretty great—sweet but not syrupy, with just enough tartness to keep it from being cloying. It mixes easily and doesn’t leave that weird salty aftertaste some electrolyte drinks have. I’ve used it after workouts and on long days outdoors, and it genuinely helps me feel more hydrated and less wiped out.

I love this flavor the most taste like real strawberries and by splitting a pack between two bottles of water the flavor is strong enough and it gives me the extra bottle of water daily I feel more hydrated and have that great kick of flavor and benefits .

I love this cherry flavor for some variety, lemon lime is my all time favorite. I mix 2 in a liter bottle of water for work and carry an extra packet in my backpack. Liquid IV really quenches my thirst and I enjoy the change from just water all the time.

I started drinking liquid IV for sometime now. I was drinking a lot of soda and I was gaining a lot of weight. So I gave up the soda and started drinking liquid IV. It has been a life saver for me. I never drank water and now I drink at least 3 8oz glasses a day with the flavored liquid IV.

We always make sure we have some Liquid IV on hand at all times, and Golden Cherry is by far our favorite! It’s yummy and just sweet and flavorful enough to be refreshing without being overpowering. We always keep one in our purses as an emergency backup—you never know when you or a friend will find yourself in need of extra hydration! That backup has saved us when traveling more often than we expected. Plus, Liquid IV is a great workout buddy and a life-saver on days with a lot of activity like fairs, yard work, hiking, and of course, music festivals. All in all, while we don’t use it daily, it’s definitely become something we can’t live without.

It taste like a different flavor of fruit punch. It’s very fruity so if you are someone that is a lover of fruit punch, you will probably like this we definitely feel better using this when I am not feeling my best for a little bit dehydrated. I am a fan of cherry and I could taste cherry with a fruit punch background

My neurologist recommended trying some electrolyte drinks as part of my migraine treatment arsenal, to help prevent dehydration and recover after nausea and vomiting. I tried several brands and Liquid IV is by far the best tasting. Definitely recommend!

The flavors are great and really helped with hydration during a heavy work load week. I will order again.
