My New Favorite Style of Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex 4 door style Samsung offers is our new favorite, even better than a French door. Our previous fridge was a side-by-side and came with the house and we could not wait to upgrade. We were able to fit everything we had in our side-by-side into this fridge, and we still have a lot of useable space. The freezer was the most noticeable. I thought that we would have less room below due to the dual door design, but it’s the opposite. The roll out shelves and drawers in these compartments allow you to really organize your freezer. I feel like I have a ton of useable space down there and that’s after we emptied the other overloaded freezer into it. We think the bottom right will be an awesome mini fridge for the kids to easily get into until they are taller. We love the dual ice makers, but it has taken a bit of getting used to as we normally have always had in-door ice and water. Our kids like the Ice makers down low with a scoop they can use. We love the auto fill pitcher in the beverage station. Makes filling those glasses, sippy cups, etc. much faster. I like that it’s all conveniently located behind an outer panel in the door where you can organize other items for quick grab. The auto open doors is the feature that made my wife go WOW! I had to find the setting and turn it on, fine tune the leveling, but once set up... amazing. This fridge has a wonderful very large Ai hub touchscreen that allows you to control a variety of things including temperature of the zones. It scans things with a camera as you put them in and take them out. You can turn this on and off and it works well, but I find myself having to manually enter items names more often than not. I like that I can add expiration dates to the food, and it will help me keep track of what is about to expire. I wish I could see the inside of the main compartment, but the camera will only show remotely the doors and relies on the auto scan to tell me what is in main compartment. Personally, I feel it needs some improvement as I was overwhelmed at first setting it all up, but once I got settled in with it, I realized It could use a lot more apps. I like that I can use my Samsung phone with it easily to stream content though. It definitely is a nice touch to this fridge and I hope to see more apps added down the line. Overall this fridge is a home run for us. Checks a lot of boxes and we are very happy to use it every day. The versatility and features it offers are like none other I have had.

Refrigerator plus so much more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were in the market for a new refrigerator. He talked me into this Samsung Bespoke model. The first thing I noticed is how beautiful it is. Sleek and very modern looking. We have a very small walkway in front of where our fridge goes, and this one actually gives more room because there are no handles sticking out on the front of it. I cannot believe it’s the same size as our old one because this is huge inside! You also can customize the shelves. The bottom right section is a Flex Zone that you can use as either a freezer or refrigerator. The AI Family Hub is just amazing! You can listen to your music, pull up a recipe and have it displayed while you are cooking. It tells you what is in the refrigerator and how long it’s been in there, even if you not at home (by using the My Samsung app). It has an auto open feature so the doors will open if you put your hand near the handle on the bottom of the doors. It’s easy to set up “Bixby” the voice activation feature. I’m sure there are a ton more things the Hub does that I haven’t even found yet! This refrigerator is everything I never knew I wanted or needed in a refrigerator! I highly recommend it!

Cutting-Edge Convenience: Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2024 Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator is a marvel of modern convenience. With seamless integration with the SmartThings App, I can control settings and receive notifications from anywhere. Its spacious capacity and customizable design make organizing groceries effortless. The Beverage Zone/Center keeps drinks perfectly chilled, while the AI Family Hub™+ acts as a central kitchen assistant, offering recipe suggestions and keeping me organized. The AI Vision inside minimizes food waste by tracking items and reminding me of expiration dates. And with the Dual auto ice maker, I always have plenty of ice on hand for any occasion. In summary, the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator sets a new standard for innovation in the kitchen, making life easier and more enjoyable.

A Stylish Addition to Any Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung AI fridge is truly a beautiful addition to my kitchen, fitting in perfectly. I adore the Smart Hub screen; it's vibrant, clear, and incredibly user-friendly. The screen's Art Mode adds a stylish touch, and the sound quality is excellent for enjoying music. Additionally, the auto-open door feature is a favorite of mine. However, while I appreciate the concept of AI vision, I found it less practical for my needs. It requires extra attention when placing or removing items to ensure the camera captures them accurately, especially when dealing with items in containers. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this fridge to anyone in the market for one

Amazing refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking at this refrigerator for a long time and am so happy with it. Being able to write down grocery lists, sensory touch to open the doors, being able to play the radio on the refrigerator are some of my favorite things.

Very Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this fridge and its features. The screen allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and use the SmartThings app to adjust settings and see what is in your fridge while at the grocery store. The shelves are spacious and allow you to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The flex zone can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences, I just use it as a freezer section. The beverage center allows access to the water dispenser and water pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door. The AI features seem good and keeps track of the food going in and out of the fridge. It will give you recipe ideas using items you have stored in the fridge. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice along with an ice scoop and holder.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big expectations for this Bespoke Refridgerator with Family Hub and AI technology. Great, but not perfect... yet. One main reason we chose the 4 door french option (I had the older model of this in my last house too and loved it) was the capability to choose the bottom section for more fridge space. This is perfect for a family with kids. We love setting that up just for them with their favorite snacks and drinks. This works for us because we have a separate garage freezer. The beverage door is great! Love having access to protein shakes or creamer for coffee without opening the entire door. The real winner is that auto-fill pitcher. To quickly fill large waterbottles is a time saver. We also chose the white glass option as I read it acts like a white board... so fun. Our kids loved drawing with dry erase markers on it. Even my husband and I played hangman. Just a cool alternative when the front is not magnetic. Also the hands free option is super helpful. This is where I knock off a star. I am very tech savvy especially when it comes to Samsung products. We have multiple devices throughout our home. This particular refrigerator with the integration of technology aka the Family Hub and AI and viewing inside feature is half of this product. Setting it up was totally fine. But it wasn't seamless. One major part was putting food inside the fridge. The camera scans what goes in and out and creates a small thumbnail for the item which is usually blurry, not clear, looks ehh and mostly not recognized so you have to edit each item. This is very time consuming. The cameras only face the doors, so when you close the doors and want to see inside, you only see (what I'm assuming most people put in the doors) condiments. You do not get to choose a live view of the main part of the fridge like the older model. This is a setback in my opinion. It should allow you to do both features, scan and whole upper fridge view. There weren't a lot of options for apps either. Even the Spotify app you still needed to be connected to your phone initially to launch the music. Pandora worked as expected. Watching Samsung TV was simple. Sound was good. One thing I did like was screen mirroring my phone for recipes to follow while cooking. You can create favorite website tabs to go to and we added our grocery store as one so we could add food to our list there. But I feel like it would make sooo much more sense if apps were integrated so you could be logged into your phone and see the same thing that your phone has. I would have like to see the Samsung Notes app in there for sure. To have checklists. Maybe a more customizable calender rather than a picture of the calender. The main reason for the smart screen was camera viewing. I know that the Ring has an app to view cameras, but we use another camera and have access to view it through the Smartthings App which is an option on the fridge. But it never worked and would not connect. I even froze all wifi connections except the fridge to our modem and it still would not stream video through SmartThings. I was hoping to see who was at the door or see kids playing in the backyard while I was in the kitchen, but this main feature never functioned properly for me. Overall, beautiful fridge. Just lacking in the technology side - still smarter fridge than anything else out there. But my expectations were not met with the Family Hub part and so we did return this for one without the screen. If you're not picky and willing to wait for updates to eventually maybe happen on that side, then get it. After exhausting all options on my end for fixing the video, the rest of the technology just wasn't personally meeting my expectations the way I had imagined. We love the non-screen option we have now.

Amazing fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator 29 cu. ft. with Family Hub+ is an outstanding refrigerator. I love how unique it is and how much detail was put into it by Samsung for flexibility and convenience. The Bespoke refrigerator came in a Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless-Steel Bottom Panels with one of the right hand side top panels being a full size touch screen. I was very amazed as to how easy it was to set up once it was installed with the water line connected. The water filter came preinstalled in the unit and all you had to do is follow the onscreen instructions to set up. The family hub interface is super user friendly and is a touch screen on a 32” screen (very large for a fridge). It’s easy to navigate through the different menus or multiple desktops and reach the apps if needed. It operates very similarly to the android galaxy series phones which I have so it flawlessly connected to it directly and made setup a breeze. There are multiple settings for the fridge including individual control of both the bottom sections. You can customize having both serve as a freezer or have on the right be a ‘Drinks’ cooler and the other side serve as your freezer. I chose this option as the right-hand side did have a wine rack built in which is awesome. I now have it set on drink mode and it makes all my wine be chilled and serve as my drink hub. It’s also low enough for my kids to reach in and grab juices/sodas etc as needed to keep up with hydration. The Inside of the fridge has LED cool white lights which are very bright. It’s easy to access whatever I need and I can customize all the shelves the way I like to make sure everything fits. It’s very large inside (29 cu feet) compared to my previous unit which was 25.5 and I thought that was big. This is definitely a huge upgrade. I love that I can have multiple locations with Samsung’s FLEX crisper drawers that will automatically keep the right temperature in those once you tell it what’s there. There are also multiple cameras built into this unit doors so you can knock and see exactly what’s inside without having to open it. It even labels the items for you (this feature I would say still needs a lot of work) but does detect the majority of standard items properly. You can also tell it once you view what’s inside the expiration date and it will remind you a few days in advance that for example ‘spinach’ is expiring in a few days and so forth. Pretty nifty feature. With that also comes the add to shopping list button that allows you to immediately add it to your list so you can have your grocery list on the go later and restock. I absolutely love the ‘smart’ features of this unit. It works very well with Alexa built in and smart things and I added almost all of my compatible smart devices to it to be able to control my devices straight from the fridge. My kids love the Samsung TV built into this as now they eat breakfast and watch some cartoons sometimes on the refrigerator. I love that I can add my shared calendar to it with my wife and it syncs up with our phones so that we can now see our daily planner live on the fridge. You can even leave voice messages or stickers, or even post it notes directly on it. Very convenient features already built in. It has a timer and even recipes depending on the food you have in the fridge for when my wife is cooking dinner so she uses that often and it has music streaming services such as Pandora, iHeart radio, and spotify. I personally love that it will beep if the door is open and send me a notification if the door is still open if my kids forgot to close the door as that happens occasionally. I’m able to now enjoy live TV, music, and practically other entertainment on this fridge while cooking or cleaning around the kitchen. The fridge keeps the different ‘flex zones’ at the right temperature every time and it’s easy to adjust at any time in the settings menu. I love the hidden water and hydration station which allows for easy quick refill of water cups, ICE down below whether you like small cubes or large (it has both) and even comes with a scoop, or just infuse the water in the provided water pitcher. It will even refill that automatically for you once it’s low. The filter is super easy to replace and conveniently located below in the middle for a quick twist on/off installation. The unit is a fingerprint magnet so be prepared to clean it especially if you have kids like I do but nonetheless, a very good quality fridge with convenience and flexibility built in. I love that I can make whatever side I want be the freezer, or fridge, the flexible crispers which keep temps on their own relative to fruits/veggies, and the built in UV deodorizer which gets rid of nasty smells and bacteria. The unit fits perfectly between my cabinets and does not stick out much even though it's bulky and bigger. The screen is very responsive and I’m able to customize the desktops to the apps I use most. It even has a screen clean mode and will lock all controls of the screen so you can clean it which is a nifty feature. As long as you have good wifi in the kitchen, this unit will have no issues with buffering. Definitely a quality product that should last years! My family is definitely excited about this fridge and it will be put to good use daily.

Finish issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and bought this fridge with high hopes and expectations. I have been loyal to Samsung - TVs, all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. I am disappointed to say that the fridge either came already scratched, or was so easily scratched that me putting a piece of paper on it with a standard magnet caused this damage. I live alone, couldn’t have been anything else. My ten year old fridge didn’t even have scratches like this. I will have to pay for a replacement panel already, less than two weeks in.
