So many cool options and even lets us know what items have been placed inside or what needs to be restocked. There's a lot of apps you can download and lots more fun stuff you can do, haven't discovered everything yet. My family would buy it again in the future for sure, love everything Samsung.

The AI tools are great, once you take the time to learn them, its really helpful for keeping only fresh food. Also I love the 2 different ice machine, you can make both mini and large ice cubes which is great. Overall its easy to use and is accessible for kids too.

Accessibility: My favorite thing, hands down, is the touch-open door. No handle-grabbing needed — my hands are usually full anyway, so being able to just nudge it open is such a small thing that makes a big difference every single day. Recognition: The AI Vision Inside is such a nice touch too — I can actually see what's in there without opening the door and losing all the cold air. It's saved me from buying duplicates more than once. Performance & Consistency: A year of daily use and it's held up beautifully — everything stays cold and consistent, no weird warm spots or freezer burn surprises. It just quietly does its job. Ergonomics: The FlexZone drawer has been genuinely useful for how we actually shop and cook, switching between fridge and freezer space as needed. The real surprise, though? The Family Hub screen. I didn't expect to use it as much as I do — I play music while cooking, catch the news, check the calendar, and my favorite part: it cycles through a slideshow of photos from my albums. Coming into the kitchen to a sweet memory pop up on the fridge screen genuinely makes me smile. A year later, still one of my favorite appliance purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful refrigerator has changeable panels, a smart 32 inch family hub screen that can help with recipes, recognize what's in my fridge so I don't waste food, listen to music, check my security cameras, etc. I love the auto open doors and beverage center as well.

Kids enjoy the screen on the outside but the camera feature that shows the contents of food as we put in the food was also very helpful. AI function seems to be working and will be helpful as we continue usage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the sensor door openers and the water being behind the door instead on the front of the door. has a nice slick appearance. Calendar on the screen is very helpful tracking everyone's daily schedule at your fingertips. Have read reviews that the ice isn't fast enough but I have had no problem with that. Only downside is it does get a lot of fingerprints on both the screen door and the regular doors. I do have to clean it daily.

I cannot get over how much space it has, and by using the bottom quadrant as a beverage fridge it keeps my drinks icy cold & keeps the main compartment almost empty. It has so much room that when hosting a party it easily held multiple full size sheet trays & serving dishes with ease. I also love the split shelf, beverage center pitcher and the dual ice. The tech in the fridge is a fun novelty for watching tv from our island & using the internet to pull up a recipe but it can sometimes be a little glitchy or slow to load. I love the amount of ice & its productions speed but I hate the scoop holder, as it falls off constantly at the slightest touch. I also wish the ice drawer came out further, as it is much harder to access than a typical 3 door fridge where the bottom freezer is a drawer. I almost didn't consider this fridge because I thought not having handles would be a deal breaker for me, but now that I have it, I actually don't mind it, and really enjoy the ease of the self opening doors.
