Just lightly touch this sensor and the door opens automatically - really nice when your hands are full. The 2 bottom compartments are more than enough room for my frozen goods. 1 of the 2 bottom compartments can be used as a flex zone for additional refrigerator space. The water dispenser and drink area comes in handy where you can open just the front part of the top left refrigerator door without opening up the whole refrigerator door. There's plenty of drawer space for my fruits and veggies. And plenty of shelf space including an adjustable shelf for larger items. I'm able to put quite a few smaller items on the shelves attached to the inside of the refrigerator doors. The technology is amazing. The interface on the outside of the top right refrigerator door is user friendly. I've been able to configure the look and feel of the interface with works of art as well as pics of my family on the cover space. There are numerous options to choose from concerning backgrounds, colors, clock types, etc…. I also set up the internal cameras to take pics of items being put in the fridge and what is actually in the fridge. I'm so happy with my purchase! All of my home appliances are now Samsung products!

Plenty of ice in 2 sizes, and easy access to water pitcher and dispenser. Durable surface that is replaceable in different textures/colors if damaged or if kitchen decor changes. We had a prior version of this same fridge which had problems with the ice box, and Samsung helped us get this new fridge -- they were a great partner who stood by us over the years, first repairing and then finally helping us replace the fridge for this improved unit.
