The AI thing for food detection .... takes time to get used to using it properly so we turned it off. Wish the flex model came with the family hub and a glass door on the left - seems that you can get glass on the left (no family hub) or family hub, but no see-thru glass on the left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is excellent! The stainless steel surface is very easy to clean, and looks sleek. Great capacity, suitable for a household of 4. I love that the water hub is actually inside so it’s not exposed. The auto fill setting makes it even more wonderful! Kids are having so much fun with the big screen. The best part to me is the bins on the doors, it has them on all 4 doors, makes it easier to organize, also feels like the fridge can hold more because of these bins. Cools fast, precise temperature settings, love it! Also have to mention the Smart Things App, easy to connect, we also have the same brand stove, so we're able to set up everything with couple clicks. Love this fridge, highly recommended!

Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. The Bespoke offered the choice of several colors and was one of the deciding factors in buying this product. Bought during Memorial Day promotion and was very happy with the sale price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years, I have prefered Samsung products. So, when I had the opportunity to get a Samsung 29 cubic ft refrigerator, I had to do it. This thing has so much space, I'm really not sure what to do with all of it. I think my favorite part of the refrigerator is the beverage center, though. Being able to have just the face of the refrigerator open to grab a drink is pretty cool. Right below the beverage center in the freezer section, theres an ice maker that makes 2 different types of ice. I also like that the bottom right section is a flex zone, so it can be either a freezer or a refrigerator, depending on what you need. The AI vision is nice to have as well, since I can see whats in the refrigerator without actually opening it. I also enjoy being able to pull up recipes and have music playing on the refrigerator as well. I'm still discovering all of the things this refrigerator can really do, and it definitely makes me more excited to get even more Samsung appliances in the future.

The shelves are spacious and there is flexibility to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The bottom right is the flex zone that can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences. I really like the beverage center that allows access to the water dispenser and pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door without opening it all of the way. The AI features seem good but the pictures it takes of the food going in and out of the fridge come out blurry to me. Maybe I put things in and out too fast? I do like that you can log in to the app and see what is in the upper section of the fridge while you are out shopping. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice. I do wish the ice tray would pull out a little further for better access. The SmartThings App allows you to control different features and makes set up easy. Overall this is a great fridge with plenty of storage options and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical with this refrigerator at first because of the screen and having little ones inthought it was going to be a nightmare and they will be stufk to it day and night,but i was so happy that you could set a pin and lock the screen!It is so roomy and has a very clean and modern look.The ice maker is a huge plus especially since summer is around the corner!The refrigerator overall is a 10 out of 10 its sleek,modern and slim.I love we can put our family pictures on the screen and little notes.overall i am very pleased with it and definitely recommend it! plus the kids love it too!

I bought Samsung refrigerator in 2015. Last month my refrigerator had an issue of excess cooling. Samsung service team is not able to fix it as new part is not available with Samsung company. There is no solution as I have made several calls and mails to Samsung. New parts should be made available which company stop manufacturing
