[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying I came from a smaller refrigerator from another brand. I was not sure what to expect from the layout of this fridge but having had it for about a week now I can say that both my wife and I love it. With the previous fridge It always felt cramped inside, moving food around trying to find what you are looking for. Not with this fridge. This fridge utilizes the entire top part of the unit and makes for easy organization of food and finding things is a breeze now. Gone are the days of taking all the food out and putting it on the countertop to find that one thing you want. I also love the beverage center. If I want a pitcher of water well there it is, I can just grab it and set it on the table during a meal. Once done I can put it back in the beverage center and it refills automatically. No need to take time to sit there and fill it back up. I also like that I can just open the front part of the door to grab either drinks or a milk carton and not have to open the entire door letting the cold air out. The lower freezer is nide as well. I like having the ice drawer with the two types of ice. Some in our family prefer the ice bites well the bigger ice is nice for gatherings. The flex zone on this Samsung is a nice addition as well. This area provides an easy way to organize either freezer related items if you want more freezer then just the one side, or you can cater it to meats or veggies/fruits. Also, you can turn a setting on that allows you to tap the bottom of the fridge doors and they auto open making this fridge have a very premium feel. This is a nice extra if my hands are full of stuff that needs to go back in the fridge. If that wasn’t enough to make you want this, it also has the biggest screen I have ever seen on a fridge with a built in tablet. I can’t tell you how useful this thing is. The food app allows us to find new meals that we haven’t ever tried before and gives step by step on how to make the meal. Once you find recipes you like you can add them to the calendar, and they show up in the meal planner app. We are now planning our meals every night using the fridge with meal planner. We can also create a shopping list right on the fridge knowing exactly what is needed and just adding it to the shopping list app. Of course, all this integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app. Once setup within the app, I was able to view the meal planner and shopping list right from SmartThings. We love our new fridge!!!

Ordered in advanced and fortunate to get ours today. So pretty and all but while peeling the film, the ice drawer/shelf looked wonky. Pulled it and look like it was forced during assembly. Pulled and it was broken. (Photo attached) Broken hearted immediately. 💔 Can I get a replacement of said part? 🙏 Also, doors arent flushed. Right door is ajar-ish by 1/8 inch. 🥹💔 Any fix? Will other customers who paid and are gonna pay premium experience these defects missed by quality control?

The fridge is amazing. Id say, I'm not unhappy with this fridge at all...BUT, the ice maker sucks. the way they made the drawers, you gonna knock ice out the back due to the way the ice goes over the top of the bin, and then when you push the ice cover back to scoop the ice, the over hang falls to the back. i will give it one less star due to this, BUT everything is amazing.

Auto Open Door with Dual Auto Ice maker is a cool feature. Wife loves the Fingerprint Resistant Steel body. To give digital touch, this can be accessed through app SmartThing and can manage the temptation, view the content inside both door, auto fill pitcher options. In short whole family is loving this.

We love the space inside but it doesn’t take up the whole kitchen. The beverage center is a favorite! I love the infused water pitcher that automatically refills. However I feel the single glass refill function refills very slowly. That’s the reason for the one star missing. I love the customization of shelves with the one shelf able to be a full shelf and then retract if needed. The two different ice cubes is super cute! The AI screen is really cool! We love the whiteboard to share messages with each other, and being Able to post recipes as we cook.

The water hub is inside , I love it a lot, you can also set up auto fill for the pitcher. AI vision makes it easier to organize the food, set an expiration reminder, you get to see what’s inside without opening the doors. I love the duo ice maker, different cube sizes suitable for all kinds of usages. Bins on all four doors, this design gives extra room inside. It cools fast, doesn’t make a lot of noise, with all the app connections it literally feels like I have a phone on the fridge! Also the Smart Things app, if you got multiple devices from them definitely recommend to use it, manage all of them with one click.
