Installing of the product could be much better. The delivers refused to connect the water dispenser, stating that's a plumber's job. They stated they are only allowed to connect the device into the wall. Despite the fact that there's a large disclaimer when you open the fridge that states "installer is responsible for properly connecting the house water supply to the unit." Very disappointing since many of the unsatisfactory reviews I had seen were based on issues with the ice dispenser. Unfortunately, I cannot even comment on that since I had to submit a repair request to get the water supply properly connected (3 days after delivery). As for the actual refrigerator, I have enjoyed setting it up and testing out the functionality of the various apps in the family hub. It's great that there's a bookmarks widget. It would be even better if some of those bookmarks that are known to have operational apps on androids/iphones could also be included for installing the apps in the family hub. I hope to update this review after a few days of use and once the water is connected and ice dispenser is functional.

The AI thing for food detection .... takes time to get used to using it properly so we turned it off. Wish the flex model came with the family hub and a glass door on the left - seems that you can get glass on the left (no family hub) or family hub, but no see-thru glass on the left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex 29 cubic foot refrigerator with AI Family Hub and have had a great experience with it. I was initially impressed by the job Samsung did packing it, there’s little to no chance this beauty would get damaged in transport. As a techy, I enjoyed learning about all its functionality, interfaces and the display screen—it’s amazing. I connected it to both Samsung the SmartThings and my Alexa home network. I amazed the family by playing my wife’s favorite tune then demonstrated how to play YouTube videos while preparing a meal or just snacking in the kitchen. By morning I had loaded some of our favorite travel pics including some really unique sculptures we’ve seen on our travels and set the to play as a slideshow. But wait, there’s more, I set the ice maker to pause making ice during late night hours—but it’s so quiet, that really is just icing on the cake. Speaking of pastries, after we loaded the fridge we had practically a whole shelf just for layovers and the strawberry rhubarb pie my wife made that evening. There’s more, it boasts a super cool beverage center where we loaded our cold coffee and other refreshments, and loaded infuser with fruit in the pitcher included with the beverage center. This is hands down the best appliance we’ve ever owned and one I trust will be the Family Hub at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m including some pics taken during setup because I was so impressed with the packing.

Leaking and Defective the 1st year. Bells ans whistles not worth it.

If the refrigerator breaks and your food is spoiled they will not do anything to help you. They will fix it once then you have to fix it the next item it breaks for the same thing. ICE MAKER AND FREEZER STOP WORKING

There's enough space on the shelf in front of the water filter where the 2 upper doors close to store a 62 ounce bottle. ( juice or whatever) ! It's super convenient and easily the most ergonomically efficient spot to use for a heavy bottle.
