The filtered, refillable water container is great for quick water pouring and the two ice options have been great for entertaining and personal use. We especially love the large touch screen and voice activated smart screen.

The AI vision tells me when i put in food and take out food so i can avoid food waste. The technology in the AI family hub works with my existing smarthings and alexa all in one. I can voice control the lights from there as well as watch you tube or Samsung tv while i cook. You can program the dual ice maker to make ice and make the flex zone specifically for freezing or meat or veggies. The beverage center is very cool feature to have pitcher for iced tea of fruit infused drinks. I love the flexibility you can customize for your needs. Lots of room, easy and convenient to use. Great fridge!

Ordered in advanced and fortunate to get ours today. So pretty and all but while peeling the film, the ice drawer/shelf looked wonky. Pulled it and look like it was forced during assembly. Pulled and it was broken. (Photo attached) Broken hearted immediately. 💔 Can I get a replacement of said part? 🙏 Also, doors arent flushed. Right door is ajar-ish by 1/8 inch. 🥹💔 Any fix? Will other customers who paid and are gonna pay premium experience these defects missed by quality control?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung fridge is awesome! A complete upgrade than the side by side door fridge we had. We love the space inside but it doesn’t take up the whole kitchen. The beverage center is a favorite! I love the infused water pitcher that automatically refills. However I feel the single glass refill function refills very slowly. That’s the reason for the one star missing. I love the customization of shelves with the one shelf able to be a full shelf and then retract if needed. The two different ice cubes is super cute! The AI screen is really cool! We love the whiteboard to share messages with each other, and being Able to post recipes as we cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new refrigerator, it lets me see what I have inside, it has no handles sticking out leaving me room to walk by it more, and the white color is easy to clean and has lots of smart features like the freezer door being able to be an extra refrigerator space in one side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I had to buy another refrigerator I don’t know if I would still pick this one. I love that I can turn the bottom into either freezer or fridge. I do love the screen and it does come in handy. Only downside is side is the camera it really don’t show the items.

The touch screen works great without any lag although I haven’t tested it too deep. Makes the kitchen look more aesthetic.

I enjoy the AI vision and being able to see what is currently in the fridge when I am out at the store. No regrets in this purchase. Our kids call us bougie....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the bottom half being refrigerator on one side and freezer on the other. the hub is fun for changing to seasonal decor. plenty of space, except when the wife loads a weeks worth of leftovers in it. Love the water jug built in! Generally really like it. Lets hope it last longer than 3 or 4 years.

So let's start with the size, it is huge. You can fit a lot inside. It has a space for everything and more. I love the freezer in comparison of my old fridge. I like that I can stack on shelves and even have space on the doors to store items. The AI Family Hub is such a nice addition to the fridge, you can watch stuff or even get recipes when you're in the kitchen. You can also download apps. But the AI Vision is my all time fav, it scans what you put in to keep track of what you have and tracks what you take out. This is helpful for when it's time to replenish groceries. This refrigerator has two separate ice cube bins and a scoop, one for cubed ice and one for my personal favorite, crushed ice. You can connect your fridge to your phone via the Samsung SmartThings app. Anyone will love this fridge and I highly recommend it.
