Don't waste you time witn ANY Samsung Appliances. We've had 3 refritgerators and 2 ovens replaced which happens about every 2-3 years. The latest compressor fail on a refriterator happened 1 month after the extended warranty exired and Samsung does nothing to help. Even the repair technicians say stear clear of all Samsung appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great and has lots of features. I like the large screen that allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and get recipes. The shelves are spacious and there is flexibility to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The bottom right is the flex zone that can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences. I really like the beverage center that allows access to the water dispenser and pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door without opening it all of the way. The AI features seem good but the pictures it takes of the food going in and out of the fridge come out blurry to me. Maybe I put things in and out too fast? I do like that you can log in to the app and see what is in the upper section of the fridge while you are out shopping. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice. I do wish the ice tray would pull out a little further for better access. The SmartThings App allows you to control different features and makes set up easy. Overall this is a great fridge with plenty of storage options and features.

As an Engineer,I love the design as it has the sleek and modern look. Although it doesnt sit flush , I am still happy with the aesthetics because it gives the kitchen a sleek look. The shelves are adjustable, allowing my wife and I to store anything. My wife loves how she can organize the fridge without having any problems. Samsung did a great job and really bringing the best of the best in this design. The four-door gives you great freezer capacity and the integrated AI helps. Keep your list in check. It gives you adequate room for an extra large pizza and the beverage center is just the most convenient brilliant design I have ever seen. I can keep my drinks ready to go and the filtered water is delicious all in all worth every dime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bespoke Refrigerator. It's so big and spacious and customizable. I love the AI Family Hub+ and the AI Vision feature. There are so many features to be excited about here. The AI Family Hub+ is like a big tablet on your refrigerator where you can add apps and connect it to your alexa app as well as the Samsung SmartThings app. The AI Vision captures what you put into the fridge as well as what you take out of the fridge. This helps majorly when it's time for grocery shopping, makes it so much easier. I also love that you can customize the panels on the refrigerator to match or kitchen. Let's talk ice, there are two separate bins, one for cubed ice and for ice bites (my fav) and it comes with a scoop. Also no more filter water pitchers taking up space in my fridge, it has its own pitcher in its own space without compromising space. I love how thought out this fridge was and was put together very well. I seriously don't know how any fridge can top this. I highly recommend this amazing fridge to everyone.

Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. The Bespoke offered the choice of several colors and was one of the deciding factors in buying this product. Bought during Memorial Day promotion and was very happy with the sale price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in early September 2024 and it's been a very positive experience so far. I love the space it provides and the flexibility to adjust the freezer sections. I have only adjusted once so far when I needed extra refrigeration space for the holidays. I have not used the AI features yet but plan to in the near future. The fridge takes pictures of items as I put them in but most pictures are not clear, although I just read it would help if I put them in slower and faced the camera better. Seems like it might be a bit of work to get all items labeled correctly when AI can't determine what the item is. I do get meal plans generate at the beginning of each week and although I have not followed any plans yet, they could be useful. We love having the calendar in the Family Hub and being able to display different pictures. I don't use the Hub display a ton but it is really nice to have. The feature I both love and hate the most is the beverage center. I absolutely love having a pitcher full of cold water waiting for me at all times. Unfortunately the pitcher quite often randomly does not refill. I have tried every suggestion I read online to try to fix it but nothing worked. That is until I accidentally dropped the pitcher on our tile floor. Luckily the pitcher did not crack but it did jam the lid in tighter making it difficult to remove. The pitcher fill has been much more consistent since this happened pointing to a loose pitcher lid being the culprit. My wife loves having two types of ice ready at all times also. I was initially concerned the ice maker would take up too much space in the freezer but space has not been a concern. Overall best fridge I ever owned.

So let's start with the size, it is huge. You can fit a lot inside. It has a space for everything and more. I love the freezer in comparison of my old fridge. I like that I can stack on shelves and even have space on the doors to store items. The AI Family Hub is such a nice addition to the fridge, you can watch stuff or even get recipes when you're in the kitchen. You can also download apps. But the AI Vision is my all time fav, it scans what you put in to keep track of what you have and tracks what you take out. This is helpful for when it's time to replenish groceries. This refrigerator has two separate ice cube bins and a scoop, one for cubed ice and one for my personal favorite, crushed ice. You can connect your fridge to your phone via the Samsung SmartThings app. Anyone will love this fridge and I highly recommend it.

I bought Samsung refrigerator in 2015. Last month my refrigerator had an issue of excess cooling. Samsung service team is not able to fix it as new part is not available with Samsung company. There is no solution as I have made several calls and mails to Samsung. New parts should be made available which company stop manufacturing
