[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge has so much room for storage. My family was able to fit everything from our previous Samsung fridge which was 10 years old into this one with plenty of room leftover. A few of our favorite features is the bottom right compartment. That section can be used as a freezer or refrigerator which is helpful for when we plan for the warmer seasons we like to keep more fruits and vegetables handy so we plan to use the fridge function but in the winter we tend to consume more frozen foods and will be utilizing it as a freezer. The bottom left compartment offers a lot of room for storage but also produces two different types of ice with a scoop included. The size of the ice is small to medium which is suitable for all types of drink and kids and adults alike. One improvement I hope to see from Samsung regarding the ice is a sensor for the ice to detect is the ice tray is inserted. When I have the ice tray pulled out to get ice, the machine will dispense the new ice onto my frozen items below. The top doors are also incredible. Top left door can be opened halfway to expose the beverage center with a built in auto refilling pitcher, great for guests! But also it has a manual water dispenser. If you slightly tap the bottom of the the under door where the doors meet the door will automatically open! Not a feature I was aware of but am excited to use while I’m cooking and my hands are dirty. The right hand side panel is essentially a smart phone the size of a small TV! As my dining table is angled in an away where it faces the fridge, my family and I have already utilized the free Samsung TV feature to watch shows during dinner. Volume is adjustable and it gets very loud! I have other Samsung appliances and love that I can add the fridge to the app to adjust and maintain its settings. The fridge’s capacity holds way more food than two adults and two kids need to eat but extra room is always nice to have. To utilize the AI Vision you have to hold a recognizable item up to the camera for a few seconds then you can pull it up using the AI vision. The dual ice maker took about 24 hours from delivery to produce ice but once it did the ice trays quickly filled up. The dedicated beverage center is nice because as the weather warms up, you don’t have to open the full fridge to refill on water or other drinks you place in that section. The overall size of this fridge is huge, interior and exterior. However, we have had great experience with Samsung products in the past and hope this fridge will last us years to come. Our favorite features of it is the AI family hub, dual ice maker, and beverage center.

Forget having to bring other devices to clutter your kitchen counter. This fridge can do it all. The built in Alexa can set timers, play music, set reminders, make grocery lists. It connects seemlessly to smart things app and you can control the temperature. if you want double freezer on the bottom or only one freezer and one regular, you can flex the zone based on your needs. My wife especially loves the photo gallery sync which plays through our recent travel photos right on the fridge. The huge capacity feels incredibly spacious and the plethora of organizing racks are a dream. I love the top left layered door. You can open just the outside layer to access drinks and the built in water filter without having to open the whole fridge. The slide out drawers make it feel even more spacious and you don't need to cramp down to reach for the depths of your stored foods. The dual ice maker is nice if you have different preferences for ice types. But having two trays is especially nice when you know you will need a lot of ice. And even better if u don't need a lot of ice because you can just use one tray and save the other one to store more frozen goods. Aesthetically, this stainless steal fridge looks stunning in the kitchen. Fingerprints don't stick and it is so easy to clean. The huge screen also looks very seemless. You can have it display pictures or a wallpaper that looks very sophisticated and futuristic. For more information, you can access your calendar and to do list. It really allows you to bring entertanment into your kitchen and help enrich your life and also improve your efficiently. I spend the majority of time at home in the kitchen and this fridge is a multitaskers absolute dream.

It is convenient watching news while working in the kitchen. I found it is a bit hassle using AI Vision, so I am keeping it off most of the time.

Beverage zone has enough room to include a couple of drinks and bottles. The pitcher is a nice touch to make tea or fruit infused water! The freezer has enough room to fit a bunch of frozen goods and the option to use the other space as a fridge or freezer helps immensely. In love with the dual ice maker as I can use ice that fits the needs! Big ice for mixing drinks and small ice to keep my drink chilled for a while. The family hub also allows me to keep track of the filter and order it straight from the screen. It is like having a huge tablet attached to the fridge with many customization. Smarthings app allows me to turn on settings straight from the phone. I can let it know to make more ice, or send photos to have as background. I am able to fit so much food and drinks with ample space with the layout of the shelves. Overall an amazing amount of features and we cannot imagine life without it.

The first thing I noticed is how beautiful it is. Sleek and very modern looking. We have a very small walkway in front of where our fridge goes, and this one actually gives more room because there are no handles sticking out on the front of it. I cannot believe it’s the same size as our old one because this is huge inside! You also can customize the shelves. The bottom right section is a Flex Zone that you can use as either a freezer or refrigerator. The AI Family Hub is just amazing! You can listen to your music, pull up a recipe and have it displayed while you are cooking. It tells you what is in the refrigerator and how long it’s been in there, even if you not at home (by using the My Samsung app). It has an auto open feature so the doors will open if you put your hand near the handle on the bottom of the doors. It’s easy to set up “Bixby” the voice activation feature. I’m sure there are a ton more things the Hub does that I haven’t even found yet! This refrigerator is everything I never knew I wanted or needed in a refrigerator! I highly recommend it!

Installing of the product could be much better. The delivers refused to connect the water dispenser, stating that's a plumber's job. They stated they are only allowed to connect the device into the wall. Despite the fact that there's a large disclaimer when you open the fridge that states "installer is responsible for properly connecting the house water supply to the unit." Very disappointing since many of the unsatisfactory reviews I had seen were based on issues with the ice dispenser. Unfortunately, I cannot even comment on that since I had to submit a repair request to get the water supply properly connected (3 days after delivery). As for the actual refrigerator, I have enjoyed setting it up and testing out the functionality of the various apps in the family hub. It's great that there's a bookmarks widget. It would be even better if some of those bookmarks that are known to have operational apps on androids/iphones could also be included for installing the apps in the family hub. I hope to update this review after a few days of use and once the water is connected and ice dispenser is functional.

The metal cooling makes cleaning easier and not lot of hard to reach places which really helps. Only drawback is the screen is not fingerprint resistant. Overall a nicely made refrigerator.
