This 4-door flex is absolutely incredible. The look and build quality are superb. It features Bespoke, which allows you to customize each panel color in stainless steel or glass to your taste. You can also change the flex on the Bottom right-side panel from a Drink refrigerator all the way to a freezer using Samsung FlexZone. Its features are a must: - AI Family Hub™+ largest display in the industry. And wow it's gorgeous. Our Hub is our main controller to our Smarthome running Samsung smartthings. We use it for recipes for cooking scheduling on our calendar Watching some TV and even YouTube. it's so cool not to mention our kids absolutely love it. drawing on it's whiteboard is definitely a favorite in our home. And honestly as it turn out the AI Vision Inside™ is something that's extremely more accurate than I thought it would be. Also very useful it will allow you to take photos of what you put in and out of your refrigerator. Update your grocery list. Give you recipes based off of what ingredients you have in your refrigerator. Dont worry about expiring food as you'll always have plan of attack as what to cook. For me The Beverage Center™ it's probably one of the best features included in the four-door Flex. You get a self-filling jug of water. You can spruce up with some strawberries if you'd like also Cold water on tap. I love the fact that it's nicely hid behind the front panel. This way in the future if it gets a little messy? Maybe some hard water spots you? You can always cover it up away from your friends eyes. Seeing your embarrassing mess. Samsung added the Auto Open Door. This feature is so cool but I wasn't really sure how useful it would be until I got it in my home. it's amazing how many times your hands are too dirty to grab the doors. Like when you're cooking or they're too full to open the doors when you're bringing something from the grocery store. It turns out self opening doors come into play quite a lot. It's extremely useful not to mention so dang cool. Nothing's worse than ice maker problems a refrigerator. let me tell you Samsung's Dual Auto Icemaker it's truly a gift! It makes plenty of ice for our family. It has two different types to choose from. Very easy to access and always ready to make our beverages ice cold. I owned the previous Bespoke 4 Door, and this generation is a clear step up. The dual Auto Ice Maker produces two cube sizes at the same time. An internal camera tracks what goes in and out, making it easy to manage groceries. The large Family Hub screen lets me pin photos, doodle, and handwrite notes—and it can play Samsung TV Plus and YouTube. Sleek design plus genuinely useful upgrades make it a smart centerpiece. Strongly recommend it.

I bought Samsung refrigerator in 2015. Last month my refrigerator had an issue of excess cooling. Samsung service team is not able to fix it as new part is not available with Samsung company. There is no solution as I have made several calls and mails to Samsung. New parts should be made available which company stop manufacturing

I want to start with a big Thank you Samsung for creating this amazing fridge. All in once, I Love THE HUGE screen, the wide shelves, you can seriously anything you want in this fridge I love the fact i can login watch my cameras around the house, I can turn on and off my AC unit i can even play music and watch TV, and much more. The shelves are so spacious, you can actually adjust the height of them, and I love it. I wish there was a (ham and cheese drawer) I can seriously use the Flex zone for it ( but as of today I'm using the right bottom part only for ice cream we just love ice cream ( I even have bananas frozen without the fear that the bananas will get the frozen flavor of meet or anything being in a different side , I just love it!!! , I love the fact that i can turn that into a freezer, or soft freezer, and beverage center anytime I want. I still haven't get used to the AI which i find hard to, because when i put stuff in my pictures come out super blurry, not sure if I'm doing it to fast, I just need to get used to it. its cool to open the app from the grocery store and be able to see what I need i love the fact that I can get new ideas of cooking, recipes, its amazing all this features this fridge offers. I have it on Auto open, so Everytime I slide my hands it opens Automatically but I kind dislike when i need to get ice I pull the door and the fridge doors opens I find this a little annoying, but its just a matter of turn it off I guess. The Ice maker is cool I love that i can offer two types of ice, I find it hard to pull the tray i think would be nice to be able to pull it further out, I don’t like that once the tray is full the ice falls out to the shelve under! Ive found pieces of ice and I don’t like it! the Smart things app is so easy to use, and convenient! I get notifications on my phone when my door remains open for longer just a little reminder to come and close the door, also I like the fact it tells me how much electricity I’m saving every month! overall I LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new refrigerator, and after doing some research and watching videos from CES we've decided to go with Samsung specifically with the fridge that has an AI in it. We were a little afraid at first that this AI feature is going to be a gimmick, but it REALLY works! We always know what is in our fridge and when it expires, AND we have access to it wherever we are. So, I'd say we are now throwing away a LOT less food! Especially when the fridge reminds you that you have some milk that expires soon, or something like this! Design and the front screen are great! I love watching videos while cooking! Love that there are 2 types of ice, and a beverage center. Everything is very well thought out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had heard mixed reviews on some of Samsungs past refrigerators, but after doing some thorough research on the redesigned mechanicals and talking to some friends who had a similar Samsung fridge, we bought ours and I'm so glad we did. The layout is well thought out and functional. Not having ice on the door a small inconvenience, but it's worth it to increase reliability.

The fridge is amazing. Id say, I'm not unhappy with this fridge at all...BUT, the ice maker sucks. the way they made the drawers, you gonna knock ice out the back due to the way the ice goes over the top of the bin, and then when you push the ice cover back to scoop the ice, the over hang falls to the back. i will give it one less star due to this, BUT everything is amazing.

We have had this fridge for almost a month and so far this fridge is awesome! First we were sure about the white. Don’t think twice if the white works in your kitchen it’s beautiful. I’m glad we ditched the stainless steel the white is amazing. The family absolutely loves the beverage center. Cold water in a pitcher and being able to use the fill direct and not ugly dispenser and a clean look. The 2 different ice options is a plus and the ice is inside not out again a plus for us. The size is one of the main reasons we bought this fridge. I absolutely hated our French door fridge. You can’t fit anything in it. This fridge is huge and now we actually have space after shopping and I can see everything in the fridge and freezer. Best fridge imho. And the family hub we still need to learn but it is used by everyone from pictures to grocery list to the front door to music or news. Once we learn it I’m sure it will be used. My friends and family buy wolf and sub zero they are dummies. I can’t comment on the performance that is TBD but this fridge hand down was very thought out. Good job samsung

I will never buy another samsung refirgerator. This is the second one (both came with house when bought). Ice maker was replaced and started leaking 6 months later. Previous samsung ice maker would continually freeze and also needed to be replaced. Both were "out of warranty"
