[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in early September 2024 and it's been a very positive experience so far. I love the space it provides and the flexibility to adjust the freezer sections. I have only adjusted once so far when I needed extra refrigeration space for the holidays. I have not used the AI features yet but plan to in the near future. The fridge takes pictures of items as I put them in but most pictures are not clear, although I just read it would help if I put them in slower and faced the camera better. Seems like it might be a bit of work to get all items labeled correctly when AI can't determine what the item is. I do get meal plans generate at the beginning of each week and although I have not followed any plans yet, they could be useful. We love having the calendar in the Family Hub and being able to display different pictures. I don't use the Hub display a ton but it is really nice to have. The feature I both love and hate the most is the beverage center. I absolutely love having a pitcher full of cold water waiting for me at all times. Unfortunately the pitcher quite often randomly does not refill. I have tried every suggestion I read online to try to fix it but nothing worked. That is until I accidentally dropped the pitcher on our tile floor. Luckily the pitcher did not crack but it did jam the lid in tighter making it difficult to remove. The pitcher fill has been much more consistent since this happened pointing to a loose pitcher lid being the culprit. My wife loves having two types of ice ready at all times also. I was initially concerned the ice maker would take up too much space in the freezer but space has not been a concern. Overall best fridge I ever owned.

My Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator was delivered and professionally installed. From the moment I locked eyes on it, I was in love. First I installed both apps ( Samsung and smart things apps).  While in settings turn on both ice makers, AI, Go to the settings and turn on both ice makers and activate the AI feature. The main reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  It was hard for me to find the test button on the ice maker after looking on the quick reference guide and watched a YouTube video and had success. Remember to dump your first couple of ice batches and drain a 1/2 gallon from your water pitcher.  You can add fruit, tea bags, or whatever you want to infuse in your water pitcher. My reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  My second was the beavage center. It has two huge bins and holds several drink options. Final reason was it is a computer inside your refrigerator smart technology at its best. It can play music show you cooking video's, update your goggle calendar and email. Never forget importance dates or things when using the AI features. I can go on and on about the best purchase I have made in a long time.  I love that you can decide how each door can be used and control the temperature to fit the item's storaged inside. The wider doors and the availability of several door bins allows you to see everything in your refrigerator. The whole family loves this purchase. I received this refrigerator as an discounted incentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading my fridge to the new Samsung al family hub was the best thing I’ve done. I love that it doesn’t have handles and I like the hands free sensors to open the door also the camera that tells you what you put in and out of the fridge. It’s also fingerprint resistant wich is great for the kids. We absolutely love the beverage zone with pitcher and the dual ice maker with ice scooper. The pitcher is refills on its own and it also has the water dispenser next to it. I like how the shelves on the doors have a lot of space and the trays are big enough to fit a lot of things. Great for organizing. The apps outside on the hub I’m enjoying so much while I cook like pandora, YouTube and it also comes with other great applications like cooking recipes. I thinks it’s a beautiful fridge and it’s fits perfect! I’d definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I love Samsung because I can manage my appliances on my phone! The fridge looks beautiful. I am excited to explore all the features! I especially love that I can connect my fridge to the SmartThings app! I am enjoying the touchscreen to access a variety of apps! I love that I can see the weather and calendar right from my fridge! Not only that, I can check what is inside our fridge right from the screen! The fridge is so roomy! I am so excited to have such a huge fridge! We definitely have plenty of freezer space too. The screen allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and use the SmartThings app to adjust settings and see what is in your fridge while at the grocery store. The shelves are spacious and allow you to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The flex zone can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences, I just use it as a freezer section. The beverage center allows access to the water dispenser and water pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door. The AI features seem good and keeps track of the food going in and out of the fridge. It will give you recipe ideas using items you have stored in the fridge. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice along with an ice scoop and holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Samsung refrigerator at the end of March 2024. The first thing I noticed is that it's quite spacious-looking and sleek in design. This model has four doors. The top two are to the refrigerator/ water dispenser and the lower two are to the freezer compartment and include the ice cubes. The ice cubes are available in two sizes and it includes a scoop. The refrigerator compartments have two drawers as does the freezer section. The drawers are quite roomy. All of my groceries fit easily in this appliance with room to spare. The stainless steel seems to be smudge-resistant. The inside is very streamlined and orderly. The compartments on the inside of the doors are deep and hold a lot of condiments and beverages. This feature was pleasantly surprising. All my frozen veggies fit in one drawer and frozen fruit in the other. This was helpful and seemed very well planned out/designed. The beverage center is another cool feature. It consists of a water pitcher that has a fruit infuser in it. The bottom half has two drawers of two different-sized ice cubes. The most impressive feature is the AI Hub with a big screen. Different apps can be accessed, notes can be saved, and settings on the appliance can be used. It is used in conjunction with the SmartThings app with which you can use and control many of your home’s smart appliances. The very best feature to me is how spacious and well-thought-out the design is. The added technology of a smart AI appliance is a bonus. I have not fully explored the AI hub yet. My shopping list has been started on it so far and that is cool since the family can add to it as we go. I also can watch YouTube cooking videos on it which is super helpful. Overall, it’s the nicest and most advanced appliance I have ever had to date. I’d highly recommend it and give it 5 stars.
