[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and bought this fridge with high hopes and expectations. I have been loyal to Samsung - TVs, all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. I am disappointed to say that the fridge either came already scratched, or was so easily scratched that me putting a piece of paper on it with a standard magnet caused this damage. I live alone, couldn’t have been anything else. My ten year old fridge didn’t even have scratches like this. I will have to pay for a replacement panel already, less than two weeks in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex 4 door style Samsung offers is our new favorite, even better than a French door. Our previous fridge was a side-by-side and came with the house and we could not wait to upgrade. We were able to fit everything we had in our side-by-side into this fridge, and we still have a lot of useable space. The freezer was the most noticeable. I thought that we would have less room below due to the dual door design, but it’s the opposite. The roll out shelves and drawers in these compartments allow you to really organize your freezer. I feel like I have a ton of useable space down there and that’s after we emptied the other overloaded freezer into it. We think the bottom right will be an awesome mini fridge for the kids to easily get into until they are taller. We love the dual ice makers, but it has taken a bit of getting used to as we normally have always had in-door ice and water. Our kids like the Ice makers down low with a scoop they can use. We love the auto fill pitcher in the beverage station. Makes filling those glasses, sippy cups, etc. much faster. I like that it’s all conveniently located behind an outer panel in the door where you can organize other items for quick grab. The auto open doors is the feature that made my wife go WOW! I had to find the setting and turn it on, fine tune the leveling, but once set up... amazing. This fridge has a wonderful very large Ai hub touchscreen that allows you to control a variety of things including temperature of the zones. It scans things with a camera as you put them in and take them out. You can turn this on and off and it works well, but I find myself having to manually enter items names more often than not. I like that I can add expiration dates to the food, and it will help me keep track of what is about to expire. I wish I could see the inside of the main compartment, but the camera will only show remotely the doors and relies on the auto scan to tell me what is in main compartment. Personally, I feel it needs some improvement as I was overwhelmed at first setting it all up, but once I got settled in with it, I realized It could use a lot more apps. I like that I can use my Samsung phone with it easily to stream content though. It definitely is a nice touch to this fridge and I hope to see more apps added down the line. Overall this fridge is a home run for us. Checks a lot of boxes and we are very happy to use it every day. The versatility and features it offers are like none other I have had.

We had the first Samsung Refrigerator in 2017 and a short while after the ice maker broke replaced it twice in 3 years Got a second Samsung late 2020 and ice maker broke a short while after that replaced it a couple times again in 2024 the freezer stopped working called customer service and it’s not covered plus if it is you have to pay the service man yourself… we would never buy a Samsung Refrigerator again not because we would have to pay the repair man but because they cost a arm and a leg Ang constantly break

This fridge has been a total lifesaver. AI Family Hub is like the cool techy sidekick I never knew I needed. We're talking grocery lists that update themselves and recipes at my fingertips – it's like the Jetsons' kitchen over here! And let's talk about the Beverage Center– hydration station central! My kids can grab water without needing me, and I don't have to worry about little hands leaving smudges all over the fridge. Plus, the customizable panels?Can't wait to get them! It's like the fridge gets a wardrobe, and we get to dress it up however we want. I admit that I miss pushing a lever for ice but the ability to have 2 different sizes of ice has been awesome. I'd never go back! The ability to personalize this fridge for my needs is amazing. Bottom line: This fridge fits our life like a glove. It's got all the bells and whistles, sure, but it's also just super practical for our everyday hustle. Big thumbs up from this working mama!

I recently made an upgrade, (which my kid made heaps of fun of me for), until I come home and find her and her friends gathered around watching videos and playing with the new #SamsungBespoke fridge like it was a new gold smartphone or something! Actually, it does about 99% of what a smartphone can do plus it holds a ton of food and makes 2 kinds of different ice as well.. Yeah the tablet portion is HUGE, and it also has a UV deodorizer built in but the best part is you can set the internal camera to keep track of whats inside to help guide you on what you need at the store or even suggest recipes based on your favorite styles of cooking..dang this thing is smarter than me!! All that considered, the best part I think is that when you leave the door open too long it doesn't send pout a harsh beep at you, it gives you a happy song like your Oscar speech is taking too long... ha! Final cool things to note would be the multi temperature zones so if you like your ice cream harder, stick it in the bottom left freezer, a bit softer?--go bottom right. And the quick flip front door for easy access water along with a auto refill flavored pitcher is pretty amazing as well. I wish I had a pocket sized version of this Samsung to bring around with me like my Galaxy--mobile icemaker!! (2 kinds!!)

The filtered, refillable water container is great for quick water pouring and the two ice options have been great for entertaining and personal use. We especially love the large touch screen and voice activated smart screen.

Freezer not working - 17day of buying direct from Samsung The worst customer service is from Samsung we regret buying directly from them rather than buying from Costco or Best Buy This refrigerator we got on NOv 4th and stopped working on Nov 20th we called customer service and they mentioned they can’t exchange . They ordered a part to be replaced and then we had to wait for it to get this fixed. I don’t understand how a brand new refrigerator is not working Highly disappointed after paying so much and buying directly from Samsung they where not willing to exchange as the entire part was faulty No freezing they had to replace the whole board . Please do not buy directly from them as we not sure when again it would stop working looks like they sell refurbished products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have found our new favorite appliance and it is this fridge. This thing has so much fridge space in it that our family of 6 has plenty of room to our food needs. This fridge has a massive built in tablet that has several useful apps that we have found ourselves using every day. We are able to plan out our day using the calendar app so that we stay organized throughout the day with tasks that need to be done. We are also able to plan out our meals using the food app to find new recipes and add them to the calendar. This also adds them to the meal planner app. This allows you to see the weeks planned meals and tap on the meal to see said recipe. If you have a Samsung oven and the recipe calls for oven use well just click send to oven in the recipe and boom it kicks it over to the oven with the correct time and temp and all you have to do is hit start. We also have our ring cameras integrated with the fridge so we can bring up the cameras right on the fridge. This integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app where you can view the meal planner and shopping list right from SmartThings. The beverage center is so nice. If I want a pitcher of water I can just grab it and set it on the table during a meal. Once done I can put it back in the beverage center and it refills automatically. I also like that I can just open the front part of the door to grab either drinks or a milk carton and not have to open the entire door letting the cold air out. The lower freezer is nice as well having the ice drawer with the two types of ice. Our family prefers the ice bites well the bigger ice is nice for gatherings. The flex zone on this Samsung is a nice addition as well. As we have another freezer with most of our frozen items we are able to use the flex zone for our fruits and veggies. We are so glad we got this fridge and has already made things much easier for day to day planning. Thanks Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for 2 months now. Love it! Didn't think we'd use the water pitcher much but everyone now prefers it as it fills cups quickly. Really like all the different storage shelfs and bins. Everyone is really enjoying the interactive tablet-like features on the door and very convenient for making new recipes. AI on food is a great feature too and hoping it prevents food waste in our home. Very high quality look and feel.
