[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying I came from a smaller refrigerator from another brand. I was not sure what to expect from the layout of this fridge but having had it for about a week now I can say that both my wife and I love it. With the previous fridge It always felt cramped inside, moving food around trying to find what you are looking for. Not with this fridge. This fridge utilizes the entire top part of the unit and makes for easy organization of food and finding things is a breeze now. Gone are the days of taking all the food out and putting it on the countertop to find that one thing you want. I also love the beverage center. If I want a pitcher of water well there it is, I can just grab it and set it on the table during a meal. Once done I can put it back in the beverage center and it refills automatically. No need to take time to sit there and fill it back up. I also like that I can just open the front part of the door to grab either drinks or a milk carton and not have to open the entire door letting the cold air out. The lower freezer is nide as well. I like having the ice drawer with the two types of ice. Some in our family prefer the ice bites well the bigger ice is nice for gatherings. The flex zone on this Samsung is a nice addition as well. This area provides an easy way to organize either freezer related items if you want more freezer then just the one side, or you can cater it to meats or veggies/fruits. Also, you can turn a setting on that allows you to tap the bottom of the fridge doors and they auto open making this fridge have a very premium feel. This is a nice extra if my hands are full of stuff that needs to go back in the fridge. If that wasn’t enough to make you want this, it also has the biggest screen I have ever seen on a fridge with a built in tablet. I can’t tell you how useful this thing is. The food app allows us to find new meals that we haven’t ever tried before and gives step by step on how to make the meal. Once you find recipes you like you can add them to the calendar, and they show up in the meal planner app. We are now planning our meals every night using the fridge with meal planner. We can also create a shopping list right on the fridge knowing exactly what is needed and just adding it to the shopping list app. Of course, all this integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app. Once setup within the app, I was able to view the meal planner and shopping list right from SmartThings. We love our new fridge!!!

I recently made an upgrade, (which my kid made heaps of fun of me for), until I come home and find her and her friends gathered around watching videos and playing with the new #SamsungBespoke fridge like it was a new gold smartphone or something! Actually, it does about 99% of what a smartphone can do plus it holds a ton of food and makes 2 kinds of different ice as well.. Yeah the tablet portion is HUGE, and it also has a UV deodorizer built in but the best part is you can set the internal camera to keep track of whats inside to help guide you on what you need at the store or even suggest recipes based on your favorite styles of cooking..dang this thing is smarter than me!! All that considered, the best part I think is that when you leave the door open too long it doesn't send pout a harsh beep at you, it gives you a happy song like your Oscar speech is taking too long... ha! Final cool things to note would be the multi temperature zones so if you like your ice cream harder, stick it in the bottom left freezer, a bit softer?--go bottom right. And the quick flip front door for easy access water along with a auto refill flavored pitcher is pretty amazing as well. I wish I had a pocket sized version of this Samsung to bring around with me like my Galaxy--mobile icemaker!! (2 kinds!!)

I bought this back in November 2023, about 6 months later I needed the ice maker lines and equipment replaced because it was leaking water inside the fridge, now 1 year and 7 months later it’s dead with a Freon leak. Samsung’s warranty is 1 year. Save your money and don’t buy this garbage.

We have had this fridge for almost a month and so far this fridge is awesome! First we were sure about the white. Don’t think twice if the white works in your kitchen it’s beautiful. I’m glad we ditched the stainless steel the white is amazing. The family absolutely loves the beverage center. Cold water in a pitcher and being able to use the fill direct and not ugly dispenser and a clean look. The 2 different ice options is a plus and the ice is inside not out again a plus for us. The size is one of the main reasons we bought this fridge. I absolutely hated our French door fridge. You can’t fit anything in it. This fridge is huge and now we actually have space after shopping and I can see everything in the fridge and freezer. Best fridge imho. And the family hub we still need to learn but it is used by everyone from pictures to grocery list to the front door to music or news. Once we learn it I’m sure it will be used. My friends and family buy wolf and sub zero they are dummies. I can’t comment on the performance that is TBD but this fridge hand down was very thought out. Good job samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fridge has much to offer in a sleek design. The Bespoke design of Samsung is one our favorites as it has simple yet elegant look! The family hub has so many uses including having a digital memo board or play youtube videos for cooking. It is also able to recognize if the fridge door was accidentally left open. The beverage center allows us to get water either from the pitcher or the fountain. The ice maker also compliments the beverage center by making two types of ice! Flex zone allows us to change our need of more frozen or cooled goods. The size of the fridge allows for tons of space which we have been having trouble filling. At first the fridge seemed intimidating with the size and features but we have quickly grown accustomed. It is a daily driver for all our fridge needs and more.

I do love the screen and it does come in handy. Only downside is side is the camera it really don’t show the items.

I am very impressed with the AI vision camera which recognizes the food I am putting in or taking out! After recognizing new food it also tells me with how many days I should consume the fresh produce so that it doesn't go bad. Saves food waste big time. Stainless steel is finger print resistant , my toddler love to use family hub for music , watching videos even drawing .but my fridge will not have any finger print . Also I have unlimited supply of ice as I can scheduled to refill my tray over night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Samsung refrigerator at the end of March 2024. The first thing I noticed is that it's quite spacious-looking and sleek in design. This model has four doors. The top two are to the refrigerator/ water dispenser and the lower two are to the freezer compartment and include the ice cubes. The ice cubes are available in two sizes and it includes a scoop. The refrigerator compartments have two drawers as does the freezer section. The drawers are quite roomy. All of my groceries fit easily in this appliance with room to spare. The stainless steel seems to be smudge-resistant. The inside is very streamlined and orderly. The compartments on the inside of the doors are deep and hold a lot of condiments and beverages. This feature was pleasantly surprising. All my frozen veggies fit in one drawer and frozen fruit in the other. This was helpful and seemed very well planned out/designed. The beverage center is another cool feature. It consists of a water pitcher that has a fruit infuser in it. The bottom half has two drawers of two different-sized ice cubes. The most impressive feature is the AI Hub with a big screen. Different apps can be accessed, notes can be saved, and settings on the appliance can be used. It is used in conjunction with the SmartThings app with which you can use and control many of your home’s smart appliances. The very best feature to me is how spacious and well-thought-out the design is. The added technology of a smart AI appliance is a bonus. I have not fully explored the AI hub yet. My shopping list has been started on it so far and that is cool since the family can add to it as we go. I also can watch YouTube cooking videos on it which is super helpful. Overall, it’s the nicest and most advanced appliance I have ever had to date. I’d highly recommend it and give it 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about a month or so now and i would say that it definitely does have all the bells and whistles but we don't really use it for all it's intended. A lot of the set up took many shots of resetting in order to get some of the functions like the ring camera to work on demand and the camera to capture the shots necessary to place reorders. The inside could use another shelf because i do find it wastes a lot of space so i do not recommend it for a big family. For ex. if you cook a pot of food, that pot will most definitely fit on one side of the fridge, but that's it. My biggest qualm is that there is only 1 ice scoop for the freezer even though there are two slots for the scoops and when i tried to order another, they didn't offer it on the site and it is a very specific ice scoop that if it breaks, I'm not sure how to replace it.
