I recently made an upgrade, (which my kid made heaps of fun of me for), until I come home and find her and her friends gathered around watching videos and playing with the new #SamsungBespoke fridge like it was a new gold smartphone or something! Actually, it does about 99% of what a smartphone can do plus it holds a ton of food and makes 2 kinds of different ice as well.. Yeah the tablet portion is HUGE, and it also has a UV deodorizer built in but the best part is you can set the internal camera to keep track of whats inside to help guide you on what you need at the store or even suggest recipes based on your favorite styles of cooking..dang this thing is smarter than me!! All that considered, the best part I think is that when you leave the door open too long it doesn't send pout a harsh beep at you, it gives you a happy song like your Oscar speech is taking too long... ha! Final cool things to note would be the multi temperature zones so if you like your ice cream harder, stick it in the bottom left freezer, a bit softer?--go bottom right. And the quick flip front door for easy access water along with a auto refill flavored pitcher is pretty amazing as well. I wish I had a pocket sized version of this Samsung to bring around with me like my Galaxy--mobile icemaker!! (2 kinds!!)

The water hub is inside , I love it a lot, you can also set up auto fill for the pitcher. AI vision makes it easier to organize the food, set an expiration reminder, you get to see what’s inside without opening the doors. I love the duo ice maker, different cube sizes suitable for all kinds of usages. Bins on all four doors, this design gives extra room inside. It cools fast, doesn’t make a lot of noise, with all the app connections it literally feels like I have a phone on the fridge! Also the Smart Things app, if you got multiple devices from them definitely recommend to use it, manage all of them with one click.

The Samsung 2024 Bespoke Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside (RF29DB9900QD) improves from last years model by adding one touch auto opening top doors for busy hands and AI vison to help keep track of what’s inside the refrigerator. The UV order control system uses UV LED light to kill and contaminates that add to odor and helps keep things fresh longer. The SmartThings app notifies you when the kids leave the door open and allows you to manage all the parameters form the app. I love listing to Spotify on the 32-inch display while I make dinner and keep the kids entertained. The 29 cubic foot volume is plenty for a growing family with room to spare. I really value the configuration options that Samsung provides for optimizing storage. The beverage zone makes easy work to get water with the auto filling pitcher and keeps the visuals clean by concealing it all behind a clean top door. The dual auto ice maker is my favorite feature as it provides two sizes of ice for your drinks and the included scoop is much enjoyed when making smoothies or adding to large containers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical that it would be any different from my old Samsung refrigerator, but boy, was I wrong! It is so much better, smooth, upgraded feel, better features, the touch screen is better than ever. I have zero bad things to say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have found our new favorite appliance and it is this fridge. This thing has so much fridge space in it that our family of 6 has plenty of room to our food needs. This fridge has a massive built in tablet that has several useful apps that we have found ourselves using every day. We are able to plan out our day using the calendar app so that we stay organized throughout the day with tasks that need to be done. We are also able to plan out our meals using the food app to find new recipes and add them to the calendar. This also adds them to the meal planner app. This allows you to see the weeks planned meals and tap on the meal to see said recipe. If you have a Samsung oven and the recipe calls for oven use well just click send to oven in the recipe and boom it kicks it over to the oven with the correct time and temp and all you have to do is hit start. We also have our ring cameras integrated with the fridge so we can bring up the cameras right on the fridge. This integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app where you can view the meal planner and shopping list right from SmartThings. The beverage center is so nice. If I want a pitcher of water I can just grab it and set it on the table during a meal. Once done I can put it back in the beverage center and it refills automatically. I also like that I can just open the front part of the door to grab either drinks or a milk carton and not have to open the entire door letting the cold air out. The lower freezer is nice as well having the ice drawer with the two types of ice. Our family prefers the ice bites well the bigger ice is nice for gatherings. The flex zone on this Samsung is a nice addition as well. As we have another freezer with most of our frozen items we are able to use the flex zone for our fruits and veggies. We are so glad we got this fridge and has already made things much easier for day to day planning. Thanks Samsung.

Installing of the product could be much better. The delivers refused to connect the water dispenser, stating that's a plumber's job. They stated they are only allowed to connect the device into the wall. Despite the fact that there's a large disclaimer when you open the fridge that states "installer is responsible for properly connecting the house water supply to the unit." Very disappointing since many of the unsatisfactory reviews I had seen were based on issues with the ice dispenser. Unfortunately, I cannot even comment on that since I had to submit a repair request to get the water supply properly connected (3 days after delivery). As for the actual refrigerator, I have enjoyed setting it up and testing out the functionality of the various apps in the family hub. It's great that there's a bookmarks widget. It would be even better if some of those bookmarks that are known to have operational apps on androids/iphones could also be included for installing the apps in the family hub. I hope to update this review after a few days of use and once the water is connected and ice dispenser is functional.

I am very impressed with the AI vision camera which recognizes the food I am putting in or taking out! After recognizing new food it also tells me with how many days I should consume the fresh produce so that it doesn't go bad. Saves food waste big time. Stainless steel is finger print resistant , my toddler love to use family hub for music , watching videos even drawing .but my fridge will not have any finger print . Also I have unlimited supply of ice as I can scheduled to refill my tray over night.
