[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great and has lots of features. I like the large screen that allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and get recipes. The shelves are spacious and there is flexibility to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The bottom right is the flex zone that can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences. I really like the beverage center that allows access to the water dispenser and pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door without opening it all of the way. The AI features seem good but the pictures it takes of the food going in and out of the fridge come out blurry to me. Maybe I put things in and out too fast? I do like that you can log in to the app and see what is in the upper section of the fridge while you are out shopping. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice. I do wish the ice tray would pull out a little further for better access. The SmartThings App allows you to control different features and makes set up easy. Overall this is a great fridge with plenty of storage options and features.

My Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator was delivered and professionally installed. From the moment I locked eyes on it, I was in love. First I installed both apps ( Samsung and smart things apps).  While in settings turn on both ice makers, AI, Go to the settings and turn on both ice makers and activate the AI feature. The main reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  It was hard for me to find the test button on the ice maker after looking on the quick reference guide and watched a YouTube video and had success. Remember to dump your first couple of ice batches and drain a 1/2 gallon from your water pitcher.  You can add fruit, tea bags, or whatever you want to infuse in your water pitcher. My reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  My second was the beavage center. It has two huge bins and holds several drink options. Final reason was it is a computer inside your refrigerator smart technology at its best. It can play music show you cooking video's, update your goggle calendar and email. Never forget importance dates or things when using the AI features. I can go on and on about the best purchase I have made in a long time.  I love that you can decide how each door can be used and control the temperature to fit the item's storaged inside. The wider doors and the availability of several door bins allows you to see everything in your refrigerator. The whole family loves this purchase. I received this refrigerator as an discounted incentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big expectations for this Bespoke Refridgerator with Family Hub and AI technology. Great, but not perfect... yet. One main reason we chose the 4 door french option (I had the older model of this in my last house too and loved it) was the capability to choose the bottom section for more fridge space. This is perfect for a family with kids. We love setting that up just for them with their favorite snacks and drinks. This works for us because we have a separate garage freezer. The beverage door is great! Love having access to protein shakes or creamer for coffee without opening the entire door. The real winner is that auto-fill pitcher. To quickly fill large waterbottles is a time saver. We also chose the white glass option as I read it acts like a white board... so fun. Our kids loved drawing with dry erase markers on it. Even my husband and I played hangman. Just a cool alternative when the front is not magnetic. Also the hands free option is super helpful. This is where I knock off a star. I am very tech savvy especially when it comes to Samsung products. We have multiple devices throughout our home. This particular refrigerator with the integration of technology aka the Family Hub and AI and viewing inside feature is half of this product. Setting it up was totally fine. But it wasn't seamless. One major part was putting food inside the fridge. The camera scans what goes in and out and creates a small thumbnail for the item which is usually blurry, not clear, looks ehh and mostly not recognized so you have to edit each item. This is very time consuming. The cameras only face the doors, so when you close the doors and want to see inside, you only see (what I'm assuming most people put in the doors) condiments. You do not get to choose a live view of the main part of the fridge like the older model. This is a setback in my opinion. It should allow you to do both features, scan and whole upper fridge view. There weren't a lot of options for apps either. Even the Spotify app you still needed to be connected to your phone initially to launch the music. Pandora worked as expected. Watching Samsung TV was simple. Sound was good. One thing I did like was screen mirroring my phone for recipes to follow while cooking. You can create favorite website tabs to go to and we added our grocery store as one so we could add food to our list there. But I feel like it would make sooo much more sense if apps were integrated so you could be logged into your phone and see the same thing that your phone has. I would have like to see the Samsung Notes app in there for sure. To have checklists. Maybe a more customizable calender rather than a picture of the calender. The main reason for the smart screen was camera viewing. I know that the Ring has an app to view cameras, but we use another camera and have access to view it through the Smartthings App which is an option on the fridge. But it never worked and would not connect. I even froze all wifi connections except the fridge to our modem and it still would not stream video through SmartThings. I was hoping to see who was at the door or see kids playing in the backyard while I was in the kitchen, but this main feature never functioned properly for me. Overall, beautiful fridge. Just lacking in the technology side - still smarter fridge than anything else out there. But my expectations were not met with the Family Hub part and so we did return this for one without the screen. If you're not picky and willing to wait for updates to eventually maybe happen on that side, then get it. After exhausting all options on my end for fixing the video, the rest of the technology just wasn't personally meeting my expectations the way I had imagined. We love the non-screen option we have now.

Ordered in advanced and fortunate to get ours today. So pretty and all but while peeling the film, the ice drawer/shelf looked wonky. Pulled it and look like it was forced during assembly. Pulled and it was broken. (Photo attached) Broken hearted immediately. 💔 Can I get a replacement of said part? 🙏 Also, doors arent flushed. Right door is ajar-ish by 1/8 inch. 🥹💔 Any fix? Will other customers who paid and are gonna pay premium experience these defects missed by quality control?

Let's hope the ice maker will last, haven't had huge luck with my previous one. The spacious interior and adjustable shelves make organizing easy as well, I have so much room now. I absolutely love the built in water dispenser jug. Smart Features: This fridge is like the Einstein of kitchen appliances. With its built-in touchscreen display, you can control the temperature, check your calendar, and even stream your favorite cooking tutorials while whipping up a storm in the kitchen. It's like having a personal assistant right there in your fridge! Final Verdict: It's stylish, functional, and oh-so-cool. Freezer not working - 17day of buying direct from Samsung The worst customer service is from Samsung we regret buying directly from them rather than buying from Costco or Best Buy This refrigerator we got on NOv 4th and stopped working on Nov 20th we called customer service and they mentioned they can’t exchange . They ordered a part to be replaced and then we had to wait for it to get this fixed. I don’t understand how a brand new refrigerator is not working Highly disappointed after paying so much and buying directly from Samsung they where not willing to exchange as the entire part was faulty No freezing they had to replace the whole board . Please do not buy directly from them as we not sure when again it would stop working looks like they sell refurbished products

Purchased a freezer to allow us to use this space since we are a family of five. Accessing the water and drinks without opening the entire refrigerator is also a great feature.
