The model RF28R6301SR looked so great in the store, but it has irate design problems. One major issue is the quality of the plastic of the door shelves. Shelf after shelf broke into little pieces, and the contents crashed and spilled to the floor when the appliance was only a little over a year old. I was told I would have to purchase new, replacement shelves although this is clearly a manufacturer’s defect. . In all my years of purchasing refrigerators, I have had one shelf break. Additionally, there is insufficient room for all items, such as soda and juice bottles. Buyer beware!

As a big family, we were looking for a fridge that provided substantial space for everyone’s groceries. The freezer has to be one of my favorite features. There’s not only plenty of space to keep meats and meals separate but an abundance of ice too! All of us love that we can play music and videos on the screen or leave important memos without having to search for pen and scraps of paper to remember what we need to shop for. We are truly grateful for the simplicity and abundance this fridge provides for our family. Another feature our family really enjoys is the voice control that opens the doors for you with a simple command. Our son loved that he could tap the outside of the fridge to also command it to open. Makes things so convenient when I’m carrying in groceries. When we open up the fridge, it takes a photo and times and dates it which makes updating your grocery list a lot easier. This fridge just really makes our lives easier with how much it does for us. I love that we can follow up new recipes with the media features. Makes cooking with my family another adventure! I recommend this fridge to anyone who is looking for a spacious refrigerator who could also benefit from a smart fridge that contributes to a fun and versatile experience every time!

As an Engineer,I love the design as it has the sleek and modern look. Although it doesnt sit flush , I am still happy with the aesthetics because it gives the kitchen a sleek look. This latest model has introduced several new features, surprisingly outperforming its predecessors by what seems like three generations. The AI camera efficiently tracks each item I place or remove from the fridge, even suggesting expiration dates based on the type of food—a handy addition I didn't anticipate. The Bespoke Hub refrigerator excels in style, sophistication, and essential technology to keep perishables fresh and frozen items perfectly chilled. Its pull-out freezer drawers offer great organization, and the beverage center behind a hidden door provides a sleek look while staying clean, free from sediment stains that we often see on external water/ice dispensers. The inclusion of a pitcher for instant flavored water is a thoughtful touch, and the choice of both standard and small pebbled ice chips elevates our beverage and cocktail experiences. The HUB’s large exterior screen is a highlight, showcasing artwork or photos beautifully. It also mirrors our Samsung TV’s content, so we don't miss a moment when we’re cooking or gathered in the kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge has so much room for storage. My family was able to fit everything from our previous Samsung fridge which was 10 years old into this one with plenty of room leftover. A few of our favorite features is the bottom right compartment. That section can be used as a freezer or refrigerator which is helpful for when we plan for the warmer seasons we like to keep more fruits and vegetables handy so we plan to use the fridge function but in the winter we tend to consume more frozen foods and will be utilizing it as a freezer. The bottom left compartment offers a lot of room for storage but also produces two different types of ice with a scoop included. The size of the ice is small to medium which is suitable for all types of drink and kids and adults alike. One improvement I hope to see from Samsung regarding the ice is a sensor for the ice to detect is the ice tray is inserted. When I have the ice tray pulled out to get ice, the machine will dispense the new ice onto my frozen items below. The top doors are also incredible. Top left door can be opened halfway to expose the beverage center with a built in auto refilling pitcher, great for guests! But also it has a manual water dispenser. If you slightly tap the bottom of the the under door where the doors meet the door will automatically open! Not a feature I was aware of but am excited to use while I’m cooking and my hands are dirty. The right hand side panel is essentially a smart phone the size of a small TV! As my dining table is angled in an away where it faces the fridge, my family and I have already utilized the free Samsung TV feature to watch shows during dinner. Volume is adjustable and it gets very loud! I have other Samsung appliances and love that I can add the fridge to the app to adjust and maintain its settings. The fridge’s capacity holds way more food than two adults and two kids need to eat but extra room is always nice to have. To utilize the AI Vision you have to hold a recognizable item up to the camera for a few seconds then you can pull it up using the AI vision. The dual ice maker took about 24 hours from delivery to produce ice but once it did the ice trays quickly filled up. The dedicated beverage center is nice because as the weather warms up, you don’t have to open the full fridge to refill on water or other drinks you place in that section. The overall size of this fridge is huge, interior and exterior. However, we have had great experience with Samsung products in the past and hope this fridge will last us years to come. Our favorite features of it is the AI family hub, dual ice maker, and beverage center.
