This is my third HUB refrigerator, my second acquired through a promotional campaign, and it's truly outstanding. This latest model has introduced several new features, surprisingly outperforming its predecessors by what seems like three generations. The AI camera efficiently tracks each item I place or remove from the fridge, even suggesting expiration dates based on the type of food—a handy addition I didn't anticipate. The Bespoke Hub refrigerator excels in style, sophistication, and essential technology to keep perishables fresh and frozen items perfectly chilled. Its pull-out freezer drawers offer great organization, and the beverage center behind a hidden door provides a sleek look while staying clean, free from sediment stains that we often see on external water/ice dispensers. The inclusion of a pitcher for instant flavored water is a thoughtful touch, and the choice of both standard and small pebbled ice chips elevates our beverage and cocktail experiences. The HUB’s large exterior screen is a highlight, showcasing artwork or photos beautifully. It also mirrors our Samsung TV’s content, so we don't miss a moment when we’re cooking or gathered in the kitchen. Overall, this fridge is packed with features that meet or exceed expectations, offering great value compared to its retail price. Pros: Ample space with flexible storage options. AI camera that aids in meal planning and grocery tracking. Enhances any kitchen's aesthetics, whether new or old. Convenient beverage station and ice trays. User-friendly tech features on the HUB screen. Cons: The price may be steep for those on a budget; consider last year's model for savings. The deep model protrudes more than counter-depth units, which might not suit all kitchen layouts. (This wasn’t an issue for me but could be for others.) In summary, this refrigerator is a significant upgrade and well worth considering for its advanced features and stylish design.

The model RF28R6301SR looked so great in the store, but it has irate design problems. One major issue is the quality of the plastic of the door shelves. Shelf after shelf broke into little pieces, and the contents crashed and spilled to the floor when the appliance was only a little over a year old. I was told I would have to purchase new, replacement shelves although this is clearly a manufacturer’s defect. . In all my years of purchasing refrigerators, I have had one shelf break. Additionally, there is insufficient room for all items, such as soda and juice bottles. Buyer beware!

Samsung did a great job and really bringing the best of the best in this design. The four-door gives you great freezer capacity and the integrated AI helps. Keep your list in check. It gives you adequate room for an extra large pizza and the beverage center is just the most convenient brilliant design I have ever seen. I can keep my drinks ready to go and the filtered water is delicious all in all worth every dime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in early September 2024 and it's been a very positive experience so far. I love the space it provides and the flexibility to adjust the freezer sections. I have only adjusted once so far when I needed extra refrigeration space for the holidays. I have not used the AI features yet but plan to in the near future. The fridge takes pictures of items as I put them in but most pictures are not clear, although I just read it would help if I put them in slower and faced the camera better. Seems like it might be a bit of work to get all items labeled correctly when AI can't determine what the item is. I do get meal plans generate at the beginning of each week and although I have not followed any plans yet, they could be useful. We love having the calendar in the Family Hub and being able to display different pictures. I don't use the Hub display a ton but it is really nice to have. The feature I both love and hate the most is the beverage center. I absolutely love having a pitcher full of cold water waiting for me at all times. Unfortunately the pitcher quite often randomly does not refill. I have tried every suggestion I read online to try to fix it but nothing worked. That is until I accidentally dropped the pitcher on our tile floor. Luckily the pitcher did not crack but it did jam the lid in tighter making it difficult to remove. The pitcher fill has been much more consistent since this happened pointing to a loose pitcher lid being the culprit. My wife loves having two types of ice ready at all times also. I was initially concerned the ice maker would take up too much space in the freezer but space has not been a concern. Overall best fridge I ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the bottom half being refrigerator on one side and freezer on the other. the hub is fun for changing to seasonal decor. plenty of space, except when the wife loads a weeks worth of leftovers in it. Love the water jug built in! Generally really like it. Lets hope it last longer than 3 or 4 years.

We had the first Samsung Refrigerator in 2017 and a short while after the ice maker broke replaced it twice in 3 years Got a second Samsung late 2020 and ice maker broke a short while after that replaced it a couple times again in 2024 the freezer stopped working called customer service and it’s not covered plus if it is you have to pay the service man yourself… we would never buy a Samsung Refrigerator again not because we would have to pay the repair man but because they cost a arm and a leg Ang constantly break

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great and has lots of features. I like the large screen that allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and get recipes. The shelves are spacious and there is flexibility to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The bottom right is the flex zone that can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences. I really like the beverage center that allows access to the water dispenser and pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door without opening it all of the way. The AI features seem good but the pictures it takes of the food going in and out of the fridge come out blurry to me. Maybe I put things in and out too fast? I do like that you can log in to the app and see what is in the upper section of the fridge while you are out shopping. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice. I do wish the ice tray would pull out a little further for better access. The SmartThings App allows you to control different features and makes set up easy. Overall this is a great fridge with plenty of storage options and features.

Installing of the product could be much better. The delivers refused to connect the water dispenser, stating that's a plumber's job. They stated they are only allowed to connect the device into the wall. Despite the fact that there's a large disclaimer when you open the fridge that states "installer is responsible for properly connecting the house water supply to the unit." Very disappointing since many of the unsatisfactory reviews I had seen were based on issues with the ice dispenser. Unfortunately, I cannot even comment on that since I had to submit a repair request to get the water supply properly connected (3 days after delivery). As for the actual refrigerator, I have enjoyed setting it up and testing out the functionality of the various apps in the family hub. It's great that there's a bookmarks widget. It would be even better if some of those bookmarks that are known to have operational apps on androids/iphones could also be included for installing the apps in the family hub. I hope to update this review after a few days of use and once the water is connected and ice dispenser is functional.
