We got the extended warranty with it which we usually never do; but with all things being manufactured so poorly these days, we decided it was wise. The only issue I have is with the sensor bar when I go to grab the bottom of the fridge; this door opens up.

I will never buy another samsung refirgerator. This is the second one (both came with house when bought). Ice maker was replaced and started leaking 6 months later. Previous samsung ice maker would continually freeze and also needed to be replaced. Both were "out of warranty"

I want to start with a big Thank you Samsung for creating this amazing fridge. All in once, I Love THE HUGE screen, the wide shelves, you can seriously anything you want in this fridge I love the fact i can login watch my cameras around the house, I can turn on and off my AC unit i can even play music and watch TV, and much more. The shelves are so spacious, you can actually adjust the height of them, and I love it. I wish there was a (ham and cheese drawer) I can seriously use the Flex zone for it ( but as of today I'm using the right bottom part only for ice cream we just love ice cream ( I even have bananas frozen without the fear that the bananas will get the frozen flavor of meet or anything being in a different side , I just love it!!! , I love the fact that i can turn that into a freezer, or soft freezer, and beverage center anytime I want. I still haven't get used to the AI which i find hard to, because when i put stuff in my pictures come out super blurry, not sure if I'm doing it to fast, I just need to get used to it. its cool to open the app from the grocery store and be able to see what I need i love the fact that I can get new ideas of cooking, recipes, its amazing all this features this fridge offers. I have it on Auto open, so Everytime I slide my hands it opens Automatically but I kind dislike when i need to get ice I pull the door and the fridge doors opens I find this a little annoying, but its just a matter of turn it off I guess. The Ice maker is cool I love that i can offer two types of ice, I find it hard to pull the tray i think would be nice to be able to pull it further out, I don’t like that once the tray is full the ice falls out to the shelve under! Ive found pieces of ice and I don’t like it! the Smart things app is so easy to use, and convenient! I get notifications on my phone when my door remains open for longer just a little reminder to come and close the door, also I like the fact it tells me how much electricity I’m saving every month! overall I LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big expectations for this Bespoke Refridgerator with Family Hub and AI technology. Great, but not perfect... yet. One main reason we chose the 4 door french option (I had the older model of this in my last house too and loved it) was the capability to choose the bottom section for more fridge space. This is perfect for a family with kids. We love setting that up just for them with their favorite snacks and drinks. This works for us because we have a separate garage freezer. The beverage door is great! Love having access to protein shakes or creamer for coffee without opening the entire door. The real winner is that auto-fill pitcher. To quickly fill large waterbottles is a time saver. We also chose the white glass option as I read it acts like a white board... so fun. Our kids loved drawing with dry erase markers on it. Even my husband and I played hangman. Just a cool alternative when the front is not magnetic. Also the hands free option is super helpful. This is where I knock off a star. I am very tech savvy especially when it comes to Samsung products. We have multiple devices throughout our home. This particular refrigerator with the integration of technology aka the Family Hub and AI and viewing inside feature is half of this product. Setting it up was totally fine. But it wasn't seamless. One major part was putting food inside the fridge. The camera scans what goes in and out and creates a small thumbnail for the item which is usually blurry, not clear, looks ehh and mostly not recognized so you have to edit each item. This is very time consuming. The cameras only face the doors, so when you close the doors and want to see inside, you only see (what I'm assuming most people put in the doors) condiments. You do not get to choose a live view of the main part of the fridge like the older model. This is a setback in my opinion. It should allow you to do both features, scan and whole upper fridge view. There weren't a lot of options for apps either. Even the Spotify app you still needed to be connected to your phone initially to launch the music. Pandora worked as expected. Watching Samsung TV was simple. Sound was good. One thing I did like was screen mirroring my phone for recipes to follow while cooking. You can create favorite website tabs to go to and we added our grocery store as one so we could add food to our list there. But I feel like it would make sooo much more sense if apps were integrated so you could be logged into your phone and see the same thing that your phone has. I would have like to see the Samsung Notes app in there for sure. To have checklists. Maybe a more customizable calender rather than a picture of the calender. The main reason for the smart screen was camera viewing. I know that the Ring has an app to view cameras, but we use another camera and have access to view it through the Smartthings App which is an option on the fridge. But it never worked and would not connect. I even froze all wifi connections except the fridge to our modem and it still would not stream video through SmartThings. I was hoping to see who was at the door or see kids playing in the backyard while I was in the kitchen, but this main feature never functioned properly for me. Overall, beautiful fridge. Just lacking in the technology side - still smarter fridge than anything else out there. But my expectations were not met with the Family Hub part and so we did return this for one without the screen. If you're not picky and willing to wait for updates to eventually maybe happen on that side, then get it. After exhausting all options on my end for fixing the video, the rest of the technology just wasn't personally meeting my expectations the way I had imagined. We love the non-screen option we have now.

Its features are a must: - AI Family Hub™+ largest display in the industry. And wow it's gorgeous. Our Hub is our main controller to our Smarthome running Samsung smartthings. We use it for recipes for cooking scheduling on our calendar Watching some TV and even YouTube. it's so cool not to mention our kids absolutely love it. drawing on it's whiteboard is definitely a favorite in our home. And honestly as it turn out the AI Vision Inside™ is something that's extremely more accurate than I thought it would be. Also very useful it will allow you to take photos of what you put in and out of your refrigerator. Update your grocery list. Give you recipes based off of what ingredients you have in your refrigerator. Dont worry about expiring food as you'll always have plan of attack as what to cook. For me The Beverage Center™ it's probably one of the best features included in the four-door Flex. You get a self-filling jug of water. You can spruce up with some strawberries if you'd like also Cold water on tap. I love the fact that it's nicely hid behind the front panel. This way in the future if it gets a little messy? Maybe some hard water spots you? You can always cover it up away from your friends eyes. Seeing your embarrassing mess. Samsung added the Auto Open Door. This feature is so cool but I wasn't really sure how useful it would be until I got it in my home. it's amazing how many times your hands are too dirty to grab the doors. Like when you're cooking or they're too full to open the doors when you're bringing something from the grocery store. It turns out self opening doors come into play quite a lot. It's extremely useful not to mention so dang cool. Nothing's worse than ice maker problems a refrigerator. let me tell you Samsung's Dual Auto Icemaker it's truly a gift! It makes plenty of ice for our family. It has two different types to choose from. Very easy to access and always ready to make our beverages ice cold. If you in the market I highly recommend the new 4-Door Flex.Well built Performs amazing looks gorgeous!

The layout is well thought out and functional. Not having ice on the door a small inconvenience, but it's worth it to increase reliability.
