[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for 2 months now. Love it! Didn't think we'd use the water pitcher much but everyone now prefers it as it fills cups quickly. Really like all the different storage shelfs and bins. Everyone is really enjoying the interactive tablet-like features on the door and very convenient for making new recipes. AI on food is a great feature too and hoping it prevents food waste in our home. Very high quality look and feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the AI vision, also I can use 3 doors as refrigerator and 1 door freezer, since we own an upright freezer, we're able to utilize more refrigeration, the family hub comes in handy for many things, internet, display pictures from your album, it's just a great refrigerator!!

The AI thing for food detection .... takes time to get used to using it properly so we turned it off. Wish the flex model came with the family hub and a glass door on the left - seems that you can get glass on the left (no family hub) or family hub, but no see-thru glass on the left.

I bought this fridge in December 2024 for our new home and we absolutely love it!! All the features are so cool, I can ask it questions like Siri, put my to do lists on there, play music or TV and I always know what’s in there/ when food is going to expire with the AI feature.

The family loves the AI Family Hub and the flexibiliy of the beverage center is a nice bonus. We also love the ice machine!
