[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is everything it is said to do better than I expected

This worth every penny I got it on sale for 99.00. You can push it with one hand, the snow will blow back on you so push with the wind.

This snow shovel does an excellent job throwing snow. It's powerful enough to even remove slushy ice.

I love my shovel want to buy another with a wider blade. l will be purchasing more to give away for gifts. lt works great

Used this TWICE ! Now it doesn't work , auger works by hand but does not throw the snow ! Very unsatisfying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this and couldn't wait for the first snowfall. This shovel never failed. It makes snow shoveling fun! For the amount of shoveling I had to do, I was concerned about the battery charge running out. Never happened. Was able to complete all of my shoveling at once. I even told my neighbors to purchase one.

The saving strain on back and shoulders is worth it. Only issue is battery does not last as long as expected. Have 3 car driveway, and with 2 inches of snow, I cleared the two car part and sidewalk before the battery died. Was not able to clear the third driveway without recharging. By the third use I believe i have the most efficient pattern down. If there was a way to direct he snow slightly to one side, that would be an excellent enhancement.

In two days it will be 3 months since I have had this shovel and I have not been able to use it even once. I wish I had returned it immediately when it did not work, rather than try to get it fixed. If they had replaced the entire unit including battery and charger, I would not be writing this. Instead, one piece at a time was replaced without success and now I am waiting for a battery which shows no sign of arriving anytime soon. I have never before had to endure a defective product and ridiculously slow support like this.
