This was the worst powdered sugar I have EVER bought. It was full of sugar rocks. I had no idea I was going to need to put it in the blender before using it, so, blissfully unaware, I put it into the frosting I was making for my 4 year old's birthday cake. The real problems began when I tried to put it on the cake; the crumb coat ripped the cake to shreds as I used my spatula to spread it onto the cake BECAUSE IT WAS FULL OF ROCKS. Then. I tried whipping it again in hopes of breaking up the rocks. I put it into my frosting bag, got two flowers in and had to dig the rock out of the piping tip with a fork. This continued on and on. Thank goodness the cake tastes good because it looks AWFUL thanks to Sam's club.

Gluten free, it should tell you that as ran into this last year too

This is soooo fine there's no need to sift again. This saves me time in baking.

This sugar works very well for me in my baking, and it is a great deal, but please change “can sugar” to “cane sugar” in the description. Thanks!

I have used this product for years, and it is always great tasting, and easy to mix! I like the easy close top, it helps keep my work area clean and tidy.

I don't know what has been happening lately but now I have to stiff the power sugar before using because I found hard bits of sugar. I've been using this product for years and the last three times I've had this issue.

I've always bought my bulk powdered sugar from Sam's but they have changed. The sugar is clumpy. The bag has a poor design. The resealable part is almost in the middle and on the bags I got they won't pinch bag closed. Not happy with them at all.

Just awful, even after sieving the whole bag, I had at least a half cup of rock hard lumps. NOT what anyone is looking for in “powdered sugar” and you shouldn’t have to sift it TWICE! Never buy again.

I AM NOT SURE HOW GOOD IS THIS FOR CAKE ICING, BUT WE USE IT IN OUR STORE FOR FUNNEL CAKE AND i AM VERY MUCH SATISFIED CAUSE IT DOES NOT GET HARD OR MAKE SMALL ROCKS LIKE OTHER ONES DO AND GOES TROW THE SHAKER VERY WELL. SO FOR ME ITS 10 OUT OF 10.
