This powered sugar is not real it looks like corn starch it taste horrible it ruined my best buttercream icing I will never buy it again along with the members Mark butter that is horrible the members Mark cranberry juice cocktail that is horrible and the coffee beans from members mark so that’s four items from me how many other people have decided on the same thing?

Why would Sam's Club switch the product on us ? Businesses rely on consistent ingredients etc and so had to R&D this new powdered sugar in recipes and the shelf . My products have 10x shorter shelf life so the cornstarch % is likely really high in the new sugar.

Good price. Does need sifted

This was lumpy when I got it and then turned into a rock within a couple of days.

The bag of sugar was open and sugar all over the inside of the box!

Some bags are fine, but many lately are so clumpy and I have to spend a lot of time sifting out the hard chunks of sugar to make buttercream icing.
