I cannot say enough amazing things about this set, but even more impressive is their customer service. I reached out to JoyC because the mat I received had some color transfer on the white design on the mat making it look patterned pink. They quickly responded, within 2 hours, apologized and sent a replacement mat. Unfortunately, this replacement mat had the same issue when I received it. I reached out to JoyC again and they replaced the mat a second time with a different design. I love the set. It is high quality and has everything needed to start playing I recommend this set to all of my friends!

Bought the Blossom set. Love th pink back of tiles. Red dragons were blank. I emailed Joyc.com - the manufscturer- on the “contact us” page, they emailed me back within the day and shipped out new dragon tiles the next day at no cost. Super customer service!! Beautiful set with nice bag and colorful mat that is not distracting in th middle. Note-the racks do not have attached stretchers. They are separate acrylic sticks to use for both American and Chinese mahjong. This is in the description.

Starting with I read all the reviews but purchased the Cirque Jong Edition anyways (yellow tiles) - LOVE the tiles themselves. Totally see criticism of using yellow numbers on tiles. They are pretty much impossible to read and I have good eyesight. Poor planning on design team. I did take a thin sharpie and outline numbers, it definitely helped. My only other issue is how the heck to do you get creases out of mat??? Ironing with steam is doing hardly anything to change and right now, the mat is really not playable with tiles %26 pushers. Says below to add photos (will do) but unable to see any one else’s photos. All that being said, still love the tiles. Just wish yellow wasn’t used for identifying the actual number and very disappointed in way mat has creases due to shipping.

Ignore the haters, these are a fantastic value option! Chunky, heavy feel tiles, decent mat and racks. The bag does look a little cheaply made but if you are looking for a value option this is it!! The pushers are not attached to the racks but this does not impact play!

The set is beautiful and colorful. It gives off vibes of happiness. I love the colors and fabric of the carrying/storage bag. I love the colors and weight of the tiles. Some people may have a hard time seeing the yellow pictures on the tiles. I love the design and colors on the mat, but I wish the mat included the basic instructions of the Charleston and the basic instructions of the game like so many other mats available on the market. The instructions on the mat are good reminders for beginners. In addition, I wish the pushers came attached to the racks. It is a tad bizarre to me that the pushers are separate. I will keep the set. I received it as a gift. Given that this set is missing the named features which are available with lesser expensive sets (almost half the price), I think the price is too high.

The set is beautiful and well made, but I was pretty disappointed that I was missing my red dragons. Based on other reviews, I did what was suggested and contacted the company directly (JoyC) about my missing tiles. Someone from JoyC promptly messaged me back saying that they would be sending me replacement dragons free of charge. Within three days of contacting them, a tracking number was provided. Super happy with their customer service. Highly recommend this brand!!!

After spending hours looking at Mahjong sets. I found this beautiful set Blooming set at Sam’s. The price was wonderful. After receiving the set I was thrilled with the tiles, size, color and quality. The mat was more than I could have hoped. Racks are sturdy and good size for the tiles. The carry bag was sturdy and quality. I have shown many of my friends they all agree and want one also. I emailed the business who provided the set to Sam’s Club and they were very helpful, professional and prompt Highly recommend

We ordered the blooming set and it’s absolutely stunning. Boutique quality designs and colors at a fraction of the price. Includes everything you need to play the game. Would absolutely purchase again. Also outstanding customer service. The soap tiles were missing the blue boarder color and the company responded within the hour, and was immediately helpful - offering to mail replacements. They had that processed the same day!

I absolutely love love this set - It has everything you need to play and the fact that there is a mat in the set is such a nice touch - to minimize the noise. It is high quality - very durable and the color is vibrant. I was beyond thrilled when opening this set and playing with it. Highly recommend!!!

Great set but the yellow tiles are very hard to read. Additionally the mat is a suede-like material and the tiles don’t slide well on it. It can also stain with any liquid on it. The mat should be neoprene which is washable and allows the tiles to move easily on it.
