Overall this is a good set for a beginner, it can be expensive to get started. I was disappointed in the racks quality and lack of traditional pusher, and the tiles just aren’t quite the same American MAHJ (missing the bird bam and the winds were odd). The mat does rumple so essentially it was an affordable tile set, carrier and I’ll sadly have to replace the other items. Maybe I’m picky.

Beautiful set, Joyc customer service even better. The tile case (so cute) had stitches come undone, they sent me a replacement no questions asked. Last night I noticed one of my dragons had a deep scratch, I wrote them again and a replacement is currently in the mail.

Such a fantastic starter kit!! Everyone who has seen it is so impressed at the quality vs cost. It comes with all the major items (tiles, mat, racks, pushers) at such an affordable price. I had an issue with 2 of my racks being cracked, and the company immediately took care of it and sent me replacements.

What a quality set. Beautiful Tiles sturdy mat and racks. I Love it. I had no color on my white dragon tiles, emailed JoyC Brands Customer Service and they responded within a very short time. Love this set! The tiles and the mat are so pretty and I've received many compliments on both. The same set is being sold for a much higher price at Wal-Mart, so I feel like this was a great value! I did have a flaw with one of the tiles, and the company replied to my email requesting a replacement for that tile within 10 minutes and then provided a tracking number for it being shipped out within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and a quality, beautiful set!

My set is missing the red dragons. Instead I got four extra blank tiles. Is it possible to send me the red dragon tiles?

The colors are already wearing off of the tiles after only 2 months (less really because the 1st month I couldn’t find anyone to play with). Also tiles printed In yellow are hard to read

Purchased this beautiful set for Christmas. It was missing the 4 red dragon pieces and I received a response the same day from JoyC. They have already shipped out the pieces to me. Amazing customer service.

The rules are beautiful and easy to read. However, the 2 piece pusher is hard to use and the mat feels like a suede material so the tiles do not slide in the mat. Carry case and bag are great. Overall, good set but I’m buying a different mat and racks.

Overall, this is a nice starter set. The 3-star rating is based on the fact that I find it very difficult to read the pieces numbered with yellow numbers. I can play all other sets without readers, but the yellow numbering is difficult to see. I would opt for the Bloom (pink) set if available. The slider part of the acrylic rack is not attached (basically a separate ruler). To use the premium tile case, you have to line up every single tile flat in the case or not even half of the tiles will fit.
