It takes a little longer to make a cup of coffee because from start, it is checking what kind of k cup you are using. It is connected to your wifi. Wonder how you can make coffee if your wifi goes out

I have only had for 3 weeks and it is calling for me to clean needle. I looked in manual and online and can’t find how to perform. Please advise. Thanks

A few issues. Despite the alert that the brewer is not connected to my network, it is as indicated by the signal strength icon. Additionally, it takes an inordinate amount of time to brew a cup. It spits and sputters forever.
