I Love this coffee maker. It makes my life so simple every morning. I recently had an issue with mine and the warranty and repair made it right. They stand behind their products. Great Company. They have my business for life.

I have had the coffee maker for about a month. I like it fine except it reads the pod or tries to and then supposedly makes a perfect brew. I would rather skip that few seconds and have it simply brew the cup immediately.

I bought the first one 6 months ago. Already replaced under warranty. I like keurig but I will never buy this model again and would not recommend it to any one

I really like Kuerig coffee makers, but this one spurts coffee all over my counter when brewing. I am not using the pods as I like fresh ground coffee. I have changed the holder. It it still makes a mess. Not happy
