I bought the first one 6 months ago. Already replaced under warranty. I like keurig but I will never buy this model again and would not recommend it to any one

Coffee maker makes good coffee when you aren’t fighting with it. The contestant out of water message even when full is a royal aggravation. I have called and complained but it’s never been resolved. Smart deliver service is not super reliable.

They've been using the same Keuring for 10+ years, so I surprised them randomly with the K-Smart, needless to say I've received multiple calls (after they got over me retiring the old one) on how much they LOVE their new "Rig".
