It takes a little longer to make a cup of coffee because from start, it is checking what kind of k cup you are using. It is connected to your wifi. Wonder how you can make coffee if your wifi goes out

A few issues. Despite the alert that the brewer is not connected to my network, it is as indicated by the signal strength icon. Additionally, it takes an inordinate amount of time to brew a cup. It spits and sputters forever.

They've been using the same Keuring for 10+ years, so I surprised them randomly with the K-Smart, needless to say I've received multiple calls (after they got over me retiring the old one) on how much they LOVE their new "Rig".
