These things are cheaply built and seriously overpriced. This is my 4th one in 6 years. Now this new one, the wifi doesn't work.

My new machine died after a few months. Luckily it was under warranty so a replacement was to be sent. It has been weeks and still NO new machine.

This is replacing my older Keurig which is almost 8 yrs old. Love the smart technology and it makes a great cup of coffee.

This Keurig heats up fast and I love the Programable Memory per user feature! The SMART K-cup feature is a must have!

Your coffee maker is a dud. It brewed four cups of coffee and now it will not power up. I am extremely disappointed.
