Love the ability to choose strength and temperature. Brews a great cup of coffee very close to a French press.

We are completely satisfied with our new coffee maker. We get a perfect cup of coffee each and every time and it's so quiet.

I love this little coffee maker! All the directions are on top and they are easy to follow. Makes great coffee too, hot or cold.

Makes great coffee but continues to drip all day in the drip pan and constantly cleaning it. Never happened before with other Keurig coffee makers.

My older Keurig makes a better coffee. The new one has more options to brew but I couldn’t match the smooth taste of the older one.

Works as described. Only issue I have is the length of time it takes to recognize what Kcup in in the brewer

Old product needed to have an update and was so outdated it couldnt connect to the wifi to be updated

Brought one failed out of the box. Got another one same problem. Then Keurig says they will help but when you call you the phone connection horrific
