Brought one failed out of the box. Got another one same problem. Then Keurig says they will help but when you call you the phone connection horrific

It's quiet compared to past units. The extra features do make a difference in the brew. Liked so much bought a second one for our vacation property.

I've been eyeing this Brewer for some time now. I switched to a Espresso machine and while I do love it, The Keurig offered more.

My Keurig brewer broke down and I called for warranty service. Hassle free, quick, easy replacement. A real delight!

We like it- as we have all our Keurig machines. However, we only gave it 4 stars because the splash from this machine is horrible.

Great coffee pot. Love that it has over the ice setting which i use often. Wish water dispenser was larger.

I love the K-Supreme SMART. It lives up to all the great things said about it. Being able to brew my coffee from my phone is very convenient.

We are completely satisfied with our new coffee maker. We get a perfect cup of coffee each and every time and it's so quiet.
