Quit working in 2 months

Stopped working after 2 months and Keurig will not honor warranty. Unit disconnected from wifi, kept saying used pod, turned off and would not turn back on. Dead as a doornail. Keurig sent a warranty link and rejected the proof of purchase and serial number when provided.
