Still setting up favorites but the coffee tastes so much better than our old machine made. Once all the favorites and timers and stuff is set up I know I’ll never regret the purchase.

This keurig makes a delicious cup of coffee to your preferences. I like mine strong & extremely hot while my DH prefers medium & not as hot. Serves us both.

I just needed a new keurig. Unexpectedly, the smart brewer is giving me a much better cup of coffee. The ability to set and remember my preferred brew style is not just a time saver but provides a much better and precise control over my cup of Joe.

Had issues with code 11 kept Coming up and wouldn’t clear. Fill water jug error when it was not Empty , and other programming issues. Keurig replaced the unit under warranty and new unit works great so far!

Though I love my Keurig coffee, I’m not so happy with the “Smart” aspect of this maker. I have yet to connect to it by WiFi and I probably won’t. I loved the convenience of my old maker, it was only 2 years old.

Absolutely love this coffee maker. The features are amazing especially the iced coffee ability it has as well as the ability it has to remember how you like a specific coffee brewed so you don't have to try and remember.

I can not believe that I had to replace an expensive Keurig product so soon but grateful that Keurig did the right thing and sent me a new replacement. Other than that, it is a Keurig. What more can I say??

Easy to use easy to set up. Has alot of options for different drinks. Haven't yet had a second delivery will update the review after the first smart delivery.

purchased a few weeks ago, figured out the brew I liked and set on favorite. Noticed it brewed stronger after a few days of use. going to try different brews to hit the mark . over all nice to use

I bought a smart brewer in October 2023 and it stopped dispensing the right amount of ounces in March I called and the person I talked to was very cordial and sent me a new brewer, very satisfied with Keurig.
