I love this unit, so easy to use. I like that I can program it from my phone. I do get way too many emails from it though, lol! It makes the best brew I have had from a Keurig machine, this is my fourth.

I like the features to customize brew temperature and strength. It doesn't seem to spatter like previous versions I have owned. It makes a good cup of coffee and it doesn't take too long to do so.

I've been wanting one of these for the last few years...mine is one of the 1st made and it still works well. Finally got a good deal on this with subscription order....my xmas present to me! :)

This is the second one I received and it is doing what the first one did. Comes up with error code 6, and I need to unplug it and clean the needle.. Three

Love it. Doesn’t take up much counter space, lets you know if you don’t have a pod in. Lights flash and let you know what to do next as far as cup size, brewing. Turning off etc.

I bought this to save on counter space. Also I love the fact that I can set the brew strength and temperature of my coffee. The smart Keurig is so easy to use I love mine

It’s a really great product for the price! I use it every single day. It’s so easy to use. Will say, that initially I did have troubles, setting it up to the Wi-Fi. However, after a few tries of troubleshooting. It worked just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying this Keurig coffee pot. I like that we can set a profile for me and one for my husband as we both like our coffee different strengths. The app was fairly easy for us to use as well.

I love how easy and fun it is to make coffee. To be able to save favourite types of brews for your convenience. Unfortunately because of my location I'm unable to download the app to get the full experience however that's my only issue.

5gig internet wont work with the Keurig. Called Customer Service and they suggested I reduce my internet to 2gig to make it work. I cant do that. Wasted buying a smart coffee maker.
