Hard to review the item that was supposed to ship over 2 weeks ago but still have not been received by ups??? Keurig customer support says all they can do is escalate the issue and I should hear back later in the week.

I bought a smart brewer in October 2023 and it stopped dispensing the right amount of ounces in March I called and the person I talked to was very cordial and sent me a new brewer, very satisfied with Keurig.

Love the smart but bought the wrong machine…cheap white plastic, wish I replaced my not so smart of chrome and black with the smart plus that is chrome and black nd only a few dollars more.

Won’t make a 10 oz cup of coffee, 10oz setting makes 12. 12oz setting makes 12, 8oz setting makes 8. Second brewer I’ve gotten with problem creating correct size

I'm on #3 under warranty & still having the same problems brewing. Lemon law apply? I'll be asking for my money back on this model. Don't buy this one.

I cannot say enough about this fantastic coffee maker. The perfect cup of coffee every time! I got mine with the club deal and I what a deal! Don't hesitate. Get this!

Awesome coffee machine, I owned an older model and wanted to update and it was worth the purchase and more. The brewing is quicker, refine and great taste. I did not change my coffee brand, but the taste is awesome now.

I bought this smaller pot for traveling. However, after tasting coffee from this pot, it has become our primary coffee pot. It makes 5 holes in the top of the pod and brews slower. It is truly amazing.

sometime when I put in a fresh pot and press the desire oz and press start they run for 3sec with noting coming-out and said the pod is used. not sure if this is a design bug or something but really wast of pods

I love this smart coffee maker. It reads the pods and brews according. It also has a temperature and strength control. The biggest complaint with pod coffee makers is the lukewarm coffee. This is the first one that makes hot coffee.
