Like how compact it is. Like that you can change strength of flavor. Like having hot water option for tea and hot chocolate. Like you can easily turn off. Like how quickly water is heated.

Though I love my Keurig coffee, I’m not so happy with the “Smart” aspect of this maker. I have yet to connect to it by WiFi and I probably won’t. I loved the convenience of my old maker, it was only 2 years old.

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this machine because I loved my first one so much! My morning cup of coffe is dark, rich, full of flavor!! What did I do before I had this?!!!? Highly, highly recommend buying this machine!!!

Enjoy the coffee maker as easy to tailor favorite way to different pods. Only drawback I encountered is trying to connect to WiFi which Keurig punishes me by not extending warranty. Keurig could update videos as 2 years old.

I love my coffee maker but I have been unable to connect with the internet since I have to use an extender since my home has an addition and the internet signal won't pass through the original outside wall without it.

This machine has everything for a perfect cup of coffee or tea. I pick the size the strength and the temperature and It also dispenses just hot water for what ever else I want. Great buy for me

I just upgraded to the multi-stream unit and I love it. The smell and taste of my coffee seems elevated compared to the old unit. Bonus is the ability to change temp and strength of coffee.

Pretty good brewer so far...I'm still learning how to use it but it makes a refreshing cup of coffee. The brewer makes a little noise when brewing but overall it's a pretty decent machine.

Great Keurig!! I have had 3 different Keirig’s and this is my favorite!!! Ability to change temperature, water size and make iced and regular coffee. Great flavor!

Original Coffee maker stopped brewing coffee. Called customer service, and after a few go rounds, and returning the original a replacement was sent. Now I am enjoying morning coffee again.
