This Keurig heats up fast and I love the Programable Memory per user feature! The SMART K-cup feature is a must have!

Keurig sent a replacement with a unit that also malfunctions. Now I’m in email and phone tag with the company in attempt to get a working one!

Your coffee maker is a dud. It brewed four cups of coffee and now it will not power up. I am extremely disappointed.

Coffee maker works great, it holds a good amount of water so you can brew a few cups without refilling

I love the range of settings but every time it goes to sleep I have to reset the Wi-Fi so it’s impossible to set it to do a timed brew

Didn't know what I was missing. My coffee finally taste the way i like it, with this coffee machine.

This replaced an older k cup machine , I like the customization you can do with each cup, very easy to set up , great companion app as well

Brews less than it supposed to. 6 oz ends up being 4 oz, etc. WiFi doesn’t connect, and strength of coffee is inaccurate.

This is my third Keurig Smart as the previous two just stopped working so I hope this one lasts more than the two months that the last one worked!
