I got this about 3 weeks ago and it seems really nice. It seems that sometimes it doesn't read the code on the K Cup. I wish I would have gotten the Smart Plus the water container on this is a little wobbly.

sometime when I put in a fresh pot and press the desire oz and press start they run for 3sec with noting coming-out and said the pod is used. not sure if this is a design bug or something but really wast of pods

I can not believe that I had to replace an expensive Keurig product so soon but grateful that Keurig did the right thing and sent me a new replacement. Other than that, it is a Keurig. What more can I say??

I don't drink Coffee but my husbands does and he is loving the machine. It tells him what type of coffee he is brewing and what brand of coffee it is.

It makes a good cup of coffee...but ive had nothing but issues with this line of coffee maker. But the company is good at being fair and reasonable at handling issues. I had two machines...K Supreme and now have the K Supreme single serve.

It takes forever to warm up. Constantly says “Please Wait”. Then it says 14 seconds until power down. Then back to “Please Wait” I’m going back to my Nestle Dulce Gusto!

I just needed a new keurig. Unexpectedly, the smart brewer is giving me a much better cup of coffee. The ability to set and remember my preferred brew style is not just a time saver but provides a much better and precise control over my cup of Joe.

It took over two months for Kirig over two months for the company to honor their warranty. I kept getting the run around every time I contacted them.

I got this coffee maker because of the water container. My old one was impossible to fill and then connect it to the Keurig without spilling the water. This K-Supreme is much easier to fill. I like the extra punchers as well.

For seven years, I have always wanted a single serve machine like this. I purchased this on sale and I could't be happier . Wish I was able to have one long time ago. But the wait was worth it
