The WiFi functionality does not work. The main reason I bought it. Other than that device brews coffee. Be aware that reusable cups can not be used with this. Need to pay attention to compatibility reusable cups.

Three months after purchasing my K Smart Keurig it was time for first descaling. As the process was finishing the machine stopped working. I provided the requested information and received a replacement Keriug.

there are coffee grounds floating in every cup, even with the premium pods. I have found the machine to be badly designed and will be replacing the machine with a different brand.

Love this product, easy to use and create your favorite hot or cold drink, I love making hot cocoa with it, this is my second one, I had to buy another one love it so much.

Very nice coffee maker! Love that it has s nice size water tank so I don't have to refill it every day. It looks very nice on our counter, but doesn't take up too much space.

Liked my other Keurig better. This has too much technology that is useless to me, takes longer to brew and doesn’t sit on counter as well. I actually thought I was buying a different version, so it’s my fault.

It’s a really great product for the price! I use it every single day. It’s so easy to use. Will say, that initially I did have troubles, setting it up to the Wi-Fi. However, after a few tries of troubleshooting. It worked just fine.

Love this coffee maker!!! It’s great that you can make coffee right from your phone and or schedule to have it ready to make. Also can save your favorite coffee on how you like it.

I've been wanting one of these for the last few years...mine is one of the 1st made and it still works well. Finally got a good deal on this with subscription order....my xmas present to me! :)

I really like my small K-Supreme Smart Single Serve coffee maker. The water tank is great for a few cups without refilling. Choosing temp and a cup size is also great!
