This model is just ok

the cup was going to overflow. Also, it frequently tells me there's a used pod when nothing is in the machine. Needs a manual selection mode. Selectable temperature is great!

4th replacement the charm?

This is my 4th replacement in less then a year !? I have one of the first keurigs still working. But seems the water pumps on these are absolutely terrible. Everyone ive had wont suck the water then get error message. What pain to have to call for a replacement every 3 4 months

Can't go wrong with Keurig!

Very impressed. I was debating if I should upgrade/update ny current Keurig setup when I received an email about an amazing sale they were having. I was intrigued by the "smart" technology Keurig has incorporated into their new coffee makers so I decided to give it a try. Wow! The immediate thing I noticed was how easy this SMART coffee maker was to setup. Unboxing, setup, and my first cup of coffee all took place in under 20 minutes. The quality and technology are impressive just by themselves but the flavor and quality of the brew are outstanding. I love that the machine recognizes what brand of pods you're using and adjusts accordingly. Excellent product! Well done, Keurig!

Keeps shutting off mid brew

I keep getting a brew cancelled message and when I looked it up it keeps coming up low water, even though the reservoir is still three quarters full. Then I reset the Machine and it works ok for four or five cups then gives me the same brew cancelled message. It has done this four times in the two weeks that I’ve been using the machine.

Good When It works

No matter how good a product might be, if it fails prematurely , especially when you most want to use it, then it's worthless. There is no sense in giving it a good rating for when it works. So, you get up in the morning and are needing hot cup of coffee, and whammo, the darn machine dies. Oh well, it's a good idea to have some instant coffee as a backup, which i didn't have when this beast died. I have previously owned and currently own a non-wifi version. The first unit lasted almost two years so when it died i bid it farewell. I will not elaborate on its features, but i would have given it 5 stars. It is obvious that i liked it since i went looking for another one. In MHO I think they are overpriced, so when I saw that the wifi version was selling for half-price i jumped on it. I read the clue that a coffee maker this good at half price as a warning sign, but then maybe people just didn't like the wifi feature. I was reassured by Walmart's 90- day return option. So anyway, i jumped on it. I only used the basic coffee making feature except for being able to choose the strength of the brew at various levels. However, after only three weeks it died. i turned it on as usual by inserting a pod, pre-puncturing it, and i closed the lid. The lights went on and then nada. I unplugged the unit etc. etc. but no juice. Dead. So what does the frugal consumer do? Buy a black and Decker model, or what? Nope, went out and bought the non-wifi version at it's exorbitant price. So, caveat emptor.

Never thought I would write a review on a coffee maker, but I am impressed. I love my coffee and with this smart coffee maker by Keurig I love my coffee even more. You can pick your size and your strength or just let it brew your coffee by reading which Keurig coffee pod you are drinking at the moment. If you use generic coffee pods it gives you a rich coffee flavor with the multi flow brew.

Awesome features, smart and great handle!

Purchased this to replace the larger elite Keurig. The water reservoir on this is about one cup of coffee less, but the handle makes such a huge difference when filling the coffee pot, that was the primary reason that we bought it was the compact size and the handle, making it easier to fill and reload. Another great feature is that you can put a pod in and put the coffee cup underneath and in the morning just press a button on your phone or tell your Alexa app to brew your coffee and it’s done when you get to the kitchen. It’s also really nice cause you can adjust the size brew strength and temperature off from the app if you want. We do not use K cups from Keurig and it works fine with our brand. This is day two of our use and we really like the machine.

I have had several Keurig coffee makers over the years and they have all worked very good. This one is no exception, and I love the improvements made over previous versions. The multi port water system is a great feature. The handle and shape of the water reservoir makes refilling and handling extremely easy. Ease of use is super important to me, and the app makes programming favorites and set up a piece of cake. Highly recommended to any coffee lovers out there.
