Best Keurig Yet!!

This Keurig is the best one we have had, so far. Over the years, we have probably had at least a half dozen Keurigs, probably more than that, but this one takes up the least amount of space on the kitchen counter and it makes the hottest coffee. It has a temperature control that you can set where you want it, and the highest setting makes a cup of coffee that doesn't cool off before I drink it. The water reservoir is very streamlined and will fit on the side or on the back of the machine which allows for you to have more counter space for other kitchen items. This Keurig is supposed to connect to the internet, but so far I have not been able to get it to do that. It doesn't matter though, because it's easy to use and to customize to the way YOU like your coffee. I recommend this coffee maker!

BUYER BEWARE

The replacement process wasn’t pleasant and only having this coffee maker for over a month. My claim was denied twice. The first denial was because they (Keurig) said the serial number didn’t match their records. I sent backup photos to confirm the serial number indeed matched from the original box and the QR code on the back of maker. The second denial was for various reasons from: serial number not found to being purchased used. None of which were valid. Had to send another response attaching the exact photos again and demanding an exact reason for the second denial. Lo and behold, my claim was approved. I did purchase an extended warranty for two years which would not transfer to the coffeemaker replacement, which I believe should have. So, buyer beware and keep everything for over the year. If this replacement goes out before a year, I will not buy another Keurig Coffeemaker.

Keeps shutting off mid brew

I keep getting a brew cancelled message and when I looked it up it keeps coming up low water, even though the reservoir is still three quarters full. Then I reset the Machine and it works ok for four or five cups then gives me the same brew cancelled message. It has done this four times in the two weeks that I’ve been using the machine.

Keurig k- supreme review

I have had several Keurig coffee makers over the years and they have all worked very good. This one is no exception, and I love the improvements made over previous versions. The multi port water system is a great feature. The handle and shape of the water reservoir makes refilling and handling extremely easy. Ease of use is super important to me, and the app makes programming favorites and set up a piece of cake. Highly recommended to any coffee lovers out there.

Awesome features, smart and great handle!

Purchased this to replace the larger elite Keurig. The water reservoir on this is about one cup of coffee less, but the handle makes such a huge difference when filling the coffee pot, that was the primary reason that we bought it was the compact size and the handle, making it easier to fill and reload. Another great feature is that you can put a pod in and put the coffee cup underneath and in the morning just press a button on your phone or tell your Alexa app to brew your coffee and it’s done when you get to the kitchen. It’s also really nice cause you can adjust the size brew strength and temperature off from the app if you want. We do not use K cups from Keurig and it works fine with our brand. This is day two of our use and we really like the machine.

Warranty replacement unit failure

I received this warranty replacement, and unfortunately, it literally died in the first few minutes of ownership. I connected it to Wi-Fi and then it started the initial cleansing brew and it said on the screen there’s a problem and it shut down and I could not get it to turn on again. What a piece of junk.

Really nice upgrade!

I had been wanting to replace my older Keurig for a few months now. I had it for almost 7 years. I finally decided to replace it when my son started that the coffee taste had declined. This brewer was much slimmer, sleeker and even sexier than my old one, lol... It takes up less counter space, looked cleaner, brighter and the coffee taste is awesome. All of the features work wonderfully. This brewer makes the coffee the way it was intended (literally). I like and appreciate that I can make my cups hotter (I tend to get distracted and forget my cup), so when I get back to it, it's not cold. This was a great investment that I'm sure will last. I hope you'll enjoy yours too. ;)

I never thought I would own a Keurig and now I am writing a review about mine. The price was great and after having my first cup of coffee from it, all I can say is,"Mmmmm." It makes even the cheaper brands of coffee taste pretty darn good. And because it's a Smartbrew, it took me a bit longer to figure out how to operate it. But really, you don't have to have WIFI to use it. And the unique filtering system makes tap water taste a whole lot better. At first, I was overwhelmed by the cleaning steps and the do this and that but after the first time, no big deal. I think my coffee even lasts longer by using the refillable pods. Yep, I am very happy I bought the Keurig I did. 😁

Keurig is an excellent coffee maker. It makes perfect cups always. The down side is that the cups are more expensive than regular coffee and the smart part of this maker is rarely used. So paying more for them is not sensible. All in all, the maker is very good and I use it twice to three times a day with no issues.

Maybe too many features

Replaced my old Keurig with this one due to the sale at Keurig. The “Smart” feature or internet connection is incredibly unstable, I have had to reconnect to the WiFi in the house at least every 3 days. If I have to do it one more time, I’ll simply leave it disconnected. The “smart” isn’t needed to make coffee. The handle on the water container is a great step forward for my older hands, the old maker required a Kung Fu grip to hold on to. I found that making multiple trips to the sink with a water glass had been a much better solution. I’ve been experimenting with the different settings for strength and heat and can’t really tell that anything makes a difference, even using the exact same K-Cups. So I’ve picked a brew cycle and will likely stick with it until the maker craps out or I do.
