I never thought I would own a Keurig and now I am writing a review about mine. The price was great and after having my first cup of coffee from it, all I can say is,"Mmmmm." It makes even the cheaper brands of coffee taste pretty darn good. And because it's a Smartbrew, it took me a bit longer to figure out how to operate it. But really, you don't have to have WIFI to use it. And the unique filtering system makes tap water taste a whole lot better. At first, I was overwhelmed by the cleaning steps and the do this and that but after the first time, no big deal. I think my coffee even lasts longer by using the refillable pods. Yep, I am very happy I bought the Keurig I did. 😁

Maybe too many features

Replaced my old Keurig with this one due to the sale at Keurig. The ā€œSmartā€ feature or internet connection is incredibly unstable, I have had to reconnect to the WiFi in the house at least every 3 days. If I have to do it one more time, I’ll simply leave it disconnected. The ā€œsmartā€ isn’t needed to make coffee. The handle on the water container is a great step forward for my older hands, the old maker required a Kung Fu grip to hold on to. I found that making multiple trips to the sink with a water glass had been a much better solution. I’ve been experimenting with the different settings for strength and heat and can’t really tell that anything makes a difference, even using the exact same K-Cups. So I’ve picked a brew cycle and will likely stick with it until the maker craps out or I do.

This model is just ok

the cup was going to overflow. Also, it frequently tells me there's a used pod when nothing is in the machine. Needs a manual selection mode. Selectable temperature is great!

Takes many false starts to finally brew

I don't know if it is designed on purpose to ignore Member's Mark k-cups or was a defective unit, but most of the time it would not recognize that a k-cup was inserted, or once it finally did, it would often say it was a used cup.

Warranty replacement unit failure

I received this warranty replacement, and unfortunately, it literally died in the first few minutes of ownership. I connected it to Wi-Fi and then it started the initial cleansing brew and it said on the screen there’s a problem and it shut down and I could not get it to turn on again. What a piece of junk.

Never thought I would write a review on a coffee maker, but I am impressed. I love my coffee and with this smart coffee maker by Keurig I love my coffee even more. You can pick your size and your strength or just let it brew your coffee by reading which Keurig coffee pod you are drinking at the moment. If you use generic coffee pods it gives you a rich coffee flavor with the multi flow brew.

Keurig is an excellent coffee maker. It makes perfect cups always. The down side is that the cups are more expensive than regular coffee and the smart part of this maker is rarely used. So paying more for them is not sensible. All in all, the maker is very good and I use it twice to three times a day with no issues.
