This is great Smart Keurig with the customizing features. Love the smaller footprint. CON- I would like complete written instructions. For *smart* users, no issue. I am still learning smart tech. other than that a great Keurig.

I love how easy and fun it is to make coffee. To be able to save favourite types of brews for your convenience. Unfortunately because of my location I'm unable to download the app to get the full experience however that's my only issue.

Completely disappointed for the first time in my Keurig and I've had 3 or 4. Being a senior living on a very fixed income this hurts but I am stuck and will see it through. Hope the Keurig feels the same -

It has a very high pitch noise when brewing. It is very annoying when you have sensitive hearing. The water tank is very small. I drink a lot of coffee and have to fill with water two, three times a day.

Love it. Doesn’t take up much counter space, lets you know if you don’t have a pod in. Lights flash and let you know what to do next as far as cup size, brewing. Turning off etc.

I love my coffee maker but I have been unable to connect with the internet since I have to use an extender since my home has an addition and the internet signal won't pass through the original outside wall without it.

Love the K-supreme Smart. Only wish it was easier to have a cuppa coffee waiting for you in the morning without having to answer if you want to brew or not.

well when we first got it, it was hard to figure out because we had nothing but ground coffee. so it took us some time to figure it out how to use it with ground coffee. now everything works just fine now that we know how to use it

It took over two months for Kirig over two months for the company to honor their warranty. I kept getting the run around every time I contacted them.

This coffee maker is fast and quiet. We have been using Keurig maker for the last 10 years. Their warrantees are terrific. I also am on direct shipment, which makes life so easy comes right to my door.
