I purchased this unit about nine months ago. It stopped working and I called Keruig and the service personal was very thoughtful and kind. They sent a replacement out the next day with a return label.

This brewer is great! Super easy to use, and it working with the app makes it even more convenient! I love the lightweight, sleek design. It looks great in my kitchen. I love Keurig brewers and that is the only brand I will buy!

Keurig coffee makers are my favorite. And I love the smart ones. You can set it up to where you can program your coffee and just hit the favorite button and it makes your coffee just like you like it.

This is the second one I received and it is doing what the first one did. Comes up with error code 6, and I need to unplug it and clean the needle.. Three

I love the ease of the machine and it was easy to get used to. My problem is I don't use pod coffee that they sell. I use a My K-Cup reuseable filter and fill my own coffee. It has taken a bit to find the right setting for the strength I like.

Actually great machine but the design it has 5 punchers into kcup i guess where cold and hot water can go in,if u want 3 level of colder coffee grounds pour out of kcup everwhere so is that reason they put on sale

It took over two months for Kirig over two months for the company to honor their warranty. I kept getting the run around every time I contacted them.

8oz isnt as strong as 8oz in older kuerig, even in strongest setting. It doesnt always recognize kcup type and i only drink one kid ofmcoffee every day. The delay while it tries to identify the pod is annoying.

Really glad I made the purchase. I am enjoying my coffee even more now, and I was able to connect to the internet and set up my keurig. Again, enjoying my coffee so much more.

This keurig makes a delicious cup of coffee to your preferences. I like mine strong & extremely hot while my DH prefers medium & not as hot. Serves us both.
