I have had the greatest warranty service from Keurig any time that I have had an issue with any of the coffee makers that I have had that gave me problems.

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this machine because I loved my first one so much! My morning cup of coffe is dark, rich, full of flavor!! What did I do before I had this?!!!? Highly, highly recommend buying this machine!!!

It was kinda tough hooking the machine up to the Internet but it works! I recently got into coffee and teas and stuff so this was a good way to make sure I did the brews correctly. Great purchase. Would recommend.

Enjoy the coffee maker as easy to tailor favorite way to different pods. Only drawback I encountered is trying to connect to WiFi which Keurig punishes me by not extending warranty. Keurig could update videos as 2 years old.

I know some people love electronic connections but this slowed my process time down. Nice machine, but if you don't want all the computer connections don't get this one.

Pretty good brewer so far...I'm still learning how to use it but it makes a refreshing cup of coffee. The brewer makes a little noise when brewing but overall it's a pretty decent machine.

I'm a big girl, I know how to keep track of my coffee supplies and how to set my coffee maker to make what I like, I dont need to be constantly reminded to connect to the internet so that it can think for me.

Great coffee maker - as long as it works. I’ve purchased two of these. Both stopped working (as in won’t turn on) within days of the warranty ending. I’m done with Keurig.

My $82.00 savings was added to my final price, not subtracted. Surprise!! The only reason I ordered this from Walmart was the fact that it was $82.00 off!!!

Good brewer with a small footprint on the counter. Instructions are vague, At a minimum they should include starting and stoping instruction. The smart phone app should include mention about where to start the pairing procedure.
